“Broke my phone and had the pleasure of meeting two great people. Chris Adams and Jada Pace. They were working gave me excellent advice and save me extra costs. I got my new phone and it was not able to complete the setup from home with the online expert. I returned to this Verizon store where Jada and Chris spent time re setting up and getting all my information to transfer over to the new phone. I spent $0 at their store and was treated great and very respectful never felt like I was a bother or being rushed. It took a lot to get the phone set up and they were great. Again thank you Jada and Chris for all your help today.”

“Managers beware. Your employees are key to your business. Yesterday I conducted business at t-mobile in Morrow. The employee didn't take the time to look in the system to solve my problem, she wasn't rude but I was disturbed that she didnt make an effort. I probably would not return. However, today my issue was resolved rather quickly at the Stockbridge store by Ashley who took time to look in the system and was able to fix the problem. Not only will I return, but I will be making 2 purchases. Employees serve us, your customers with care and customers let the managers know when you receive excellent customer service. I do, and thanks Ashley.????”

“This is basically my go to Walmart. Well it's probably in my top three. The Walmart here, in Conyers and Fayetteville. The customer service is nothing to rave about but they're usually stocked with everything I'm looking for at the time. This Walmart in particular has been having some really fresh produce lately. I usually never shop for produce or fruit here but we just got two big batches of strawberries . Also, I found this out tonight, pretty sure it's nothing new but it's new to meeeee soooooo, if you ever forget your card or leave it in the car, just hold your camera up to the self check out screen. It'll take you to the app and you can pay for your groceries there. As you already know, they STILL don't have Apple Pay so that's the next best thing.”

“Bought a Segway scooter at a great price. Was asked to pick it up in the warehouse, but unfortunately, the line to pick up merchandise in the warehouse was four deep. I eventually gave up and went back in the store and hauled the scooters out in a cart and placed them in my car.”
