“Due to some unforeseen circumstances, I had to visit the store due to technical issues with my mobile device. I could not be more pleased with the service that was provided by Q. He was one of the most professional, knowledgeable, and friendly experts that I have had the pleasure of working with. The store was closing soon, and Q still provided outstanding customer service and ensured everything was completed accurately. He was also exceptionally proficient and accommodating throughout the visit. If you are ever at this location, Q is the person to see!”

“Managers beware. Your employees are key to your business. Yesterday I conducted business at t-mobile in Morrow. The employee didn't take the time to look in the system to solve my problem, she wasn't rude but I was disturbed that she didnt make an effort. I probably would not return. However, today my issue was resolved rather quickly at the Stockbridge store by Ashley who took time to look in the system and was able to fix the problem. Not only will I return, but I will be making 2 purchases. Employees serve us, your customers with care and customers let the managers know when you receive excellent customer service. I do, and thanks Ashley.????”

“Today I went in to verify my identity , the store wasn’t crowded , 3 agents were there, only agent that was free was “Tacori” who assisted me in getting my identity verified for a line of credit since I was unable to do it online for whatever reason. It was smooth experience only downside is that I have to wait 24hrs for a response after providing documentation of my identity I.E Social security card and ID to see what my options and down payment for what I want would be. Just thought I’d post this review since this was an actual experience I had today.”

“Kadijah and the team was really helpful, and quick! After an HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH customer service representatives over the phone from the silly 1-800 number, I wish I had the name of the team that helped us before going to this location, but they all really did a great job getting me and my sister out on a timely matter. I really dislike ?? the customer service rep over the phone they gave us the run around,and how hard it is to get them on the phone, but THIS LOCATION. Of professionals and the rep that told us to go there for the modem, they were like Polar opposite of the experience we had on the phone. The 1-800 number is a joke and make xfinity look like trash. Kadijah and this team made them look like two separate companies! Great location great team.”

“Was super worried about switching from T-Mobile to Verizon online, so I went in the store. Based on previous reviews, I wasn't sure that I'd actually be getting the help I needed. I was very wrong. I only waited a few minutes and was checked in without even needed to ask. My sales rep was Roscoe, and he was truly awesome and such a great employee! He helped explain all of my options, answered concerns I have, and even outlined (and wrote down) every single feature of my new plan that they didn't include on my print out sheet. I left knowing all of my potential discounts, all of my features, and how to switch my phone service easily from my home. While I had some issues actually setting up the phone, I knew that if I was really stuck that I could walk right into this Verizon store and get the help I needed from Roscoe and any of the other employees. They were all wonderful and made me feel confident in my switch! Big shout out to Roscoe though!”

I’m trying to get the whole Henry Town Center lit up again at night as it used to look so pretty! “I went to the store to ask questions about my bill. A young man by the name of CJ waited on me. I didn’t have my glasses so I couldn’t see what he was showing me but when I tell you this young man went above and beyond. I have worked customer service for 15yrs and as a young person he was awesome. He explained my bill set me up with a new promotion and a better price than what I was paying which was my issue. He was very polite and patient with me (a 67 year old woman without her glasses) you don’t find that much these days so I just wanted to give him KUDOS for a job well done!!!!!”
