“i recently went to this store and the store manager HANNAH was absolutely amazing! another store i went to added on so many unnecessary things to my bill and hannah was able to help me get them removed. she's a total sweetheart and i felt like she actually cared about my concerns despite having several other customers in store. she helped everyone out quickly but wasn't rushing us out the door either. VERY PROFESSIONAL!! please please please pleaseeee give this young woman a raise! i WILL be back and only use this location because of her!”

“Love this place. It's not far from my house so it's easy access, and Zell takes really good care of me. I'm his problem child oh, I always have situations going on with my cell phone, which sometimes I just cannot figure out and I take them 2 him and with a smile he always is able to fix the problem. So this will be the only area where I will really go to get my phones or accessories because he has outstanding customer service. Thank you Zell.”

“I have been an AT&T customer for the past 30 years and this by far has been my best customer service experience! Torrence and his team were very courteous, knowledgeable and professional. They took the time to make sure we had a phone that met our needs and budget. We had an emergency where we needed a phone ASAP but the phone we wanted was out of stock. Torrance drove over an hour to get us a phone. Him and his team then stayed almost 2 hours over close time to get us ready to go.
