“Absolutely unheard of positive experience in a medical setting these days. Ryan and the entire staff at this pharmacy are so incredibly helpful and seem truly happy to help. I personally feel like they go out of their way to give their patients an exceptional experience, and it shows. Additionally; the location is convenient to 285, and has plenty of parking. The hours are standard operating hours, however they offer free overnight shipping for most (if not all medication)!! This is insanely helpful and convenient. They also offer customized, pre-filled daily meditation organizers. (Reimagine the generic weekly pill organizer, and cross it with a medication with clear instructions & foil backing.) These folks are amazing and I would highly recommend them to anyone; but especially to those who take multiple medications daily.”

“One of the better Publix in the area. They stay stocked with groceries and produce. I wish they would have more local produce to support our local farmers another concern for those who indulge in their baked good section, they all have been mandated to use GMO ingredients. While I am not a fan of this option they still supply modearte options for food and overall healthy choices. Choose wisely, but that should be anywhere you go for food. For the most part I try to select my food ranges on what is grown in the soil, or fresh out the Ocean. Stay healthy Yelo fan.”

“I love coming to this Kroger. Not only does it have great produce regularly but i always receive amazing customer service. There's been times I've asked if they were out of certain things & they will go above & beyond to check everywhere they can to ensure i get the product im looking for if they have it & today, A very nice young lady named Andrea saw my toddler having a fit in the check out line, and she took him and his brother to go get a balloon while i finished checking out to calm him down. I appreciate you guys!”

Have your prescription (s) sent electronically. Have your insurance put in the system ahead of time. If it's not ready, shop. M-F for regular scripts. Weekends are a longer wait. ? ?”

“This CVS has received a great deal of criticism ( on Yelp ) for its revolving door of crass, offensive or hostile employees . Those particular CVS employees do not last long, as most lack the work ethic and people skills to work in any retail environment. However the actual pharmacy professionals that are at the Cooper lake/S.Cobb drive store are absolutely wonderful. The pharmacists and the pharmacy techs are knowledgeable, respectful and lovely people. They remain pleasant and helpful despite having to work with an endless flow of rude,lazy and obnoxious entry-level employees (as well as some of the public.) Being a longtime CVS customer I admire the professional pharmacy staff's ability to do such a good job day after day while surrounded by idiots.”

“I appreciate Kayla in the drive-thru so much!! I was experiencing COVID symptoms and tried to get a PCR done at a different CVS earlier that day, but there were some issues with my insurance (which there always are because it’s through school) and the lady there basically said “sorry, can’t find it. Try somewhere else.” But Kayla took the time to look and actually find my correct insurance. Even though they were fairly busy and my situation was complicated, Kayla remained kind and professional the whole time.”

The pharmacist and pharmacy tech I normally see are friendly and always check to see if I have any questions during the checkout process. During a recent visit, they hadn't received the prescription from my doctor. Instead of telling me to come back later, the pharmacy checked the voicemail and filled my prescription in less than 20 minutes! Phenomenal service! Thank you, CVS pharmacy!”
