They are family and they treat you as such. But they are also efficient, helpful, professional and caring. They greet all of their customers by name. In this day and age that is a plus. I am not a number, I am a person and they are part of my healthcare team.”
“Absolutely lucked into discovering this pharmacy which was conveniently located within Lifestance Therapists & Psychiatrists. The staff there are wonderful and will go above and beyond for their patients. It's a huge bonus to have them attached to a provider I see because the coordination of care and communication is 10's across the board. They work really hard to fight insurance companies for medication that's affordable and are happy to work with the providers to come up with alternative solutions so there's never really stress or discouragement when it comes to mediation management. Pretty sure I'll never go back to the chain pharmacies again if smaller groups like this continue to exist!”

“I've never used this pharmacy, but I called almost every pharmacy in town and each one told me they didn't have my medication in stock as it was back ordered & couldn't really say when it would come in. It cost me a lot more than it would've elsewhere but I was desperate. The pharmacist could've made it really difficult as I know the other ones would've wanted to call my Dr and confirm my prescription since I hadn't filled with them before, but she filled it for me. I was really grateful! This looked like a really nice family pharmacy. Thank you to the pharmacist & the tech David for being so nice & helpful! I would def recommend this pharmacy to anyone!”

“One of the better Publix in the area. They stay stocked with groceries and produce. I wish they would have more local produce to support our local farmers another concern for those who indulge in their baked good section, they all have been mandated to use GMO ingredients. While I am not a fan of this option they still supply modearte options for food and overall healthy choices. Choose wisely, but that should be anywhere you go for food. For the most part I try to select my food ranges on what is grown in the soil, or fresh out the Ocean. Stay healthy Yelo fan.”

“I’ve never had an issue with anyone at the pharmacy. I always treat them with respect as they treat me with respect. I went to CVS for a month and came right back because of the customer service here versus the lack of people skills at CVS. As a minority myself, I can’t say I’ve had the problems others allegedly experienced. It hasn’t always been perfect but they are more consistent than other pharmacies I’ve been to. I guess people expect perfection and to be catered to from everyone, if not, they drop a bad review. Hezekis and Libby are very knowledgeable and helpful.”

“While I have mixed feelings about this Kroger in general, I love the pharmacy. They really seem to care in the old-school pharmacy way, intelligently and genuinely. Unlike many pharmacies in this area that just feel like vendors, in my experience you can rely on this staff to pay attention to you and care for you reliably. I’ve seen this play out with other patrons in line ahead of me as well, which I fully appreciate.”

“Honey gets so much more service than vinager. If you bring a smile & say ? Sonya , Solomon , Beverly, & Cody will greet me by name or ask, " How can I help you? " Give your D.O.B. for pick up. Have your prescription (s) sent electronically. Have your insurance put in the system ahead of time. If it's not ready, shop. M-F for regular scripts. Weekends are a longer wait. ? ?”

“I appreciate Kayla in the drive-thru so much!! I was experiencing COVID symptoms and tried to get a PCR done at a different CVS earlier that day, but there were some issues with my insurance (which there always are because it’s through school) and the lady there basically said “sorry, can’t find it. Try somewhere else.” But Kayla took the time to look and actually find my correct insurance. Even though they were fairly busy and my situation was complicated, Kayla remained kind and professional the whole time.”

“Kevon, the owner and pharmacist at 5Rx Pharmacy, exemplifies what a best-in-class pharmacist and pharmacy should be. As soon as I walked in, Kevon greeted me warmly and made me feel welcome. He informed me that my prescription would take about 20 minutes to fill, so I returned exactly 20 minutes later. However, he was running behind because he was being meticulous with the preparation. He apologized and then offered to deliver the prescription to my house because I had to run to another appointment! I didn’t want him to go out of his way for a personal delivery and told him I'd come back, but he insisted, assuring me he lived in my area and could drop it off after work. True to his word, my prescription was on my front doorstep when I returned home later that evening. Now that’s exceptional customer service...5Rx Pharmacy has tons of great reviews for a reason!”
