We ordered 155 bags of rubber mulch online and was there waiting on us. I pulled in and parked I went to customer service desk they released it. And I pulled to the back. thank you to the employees they we're very helpful, they helped load the mulch and it went quick, will be returning for my future purchases.

“I had a wonderful experience with Kim D today at the Home Depot in Austell. She is a fellow veteran as I am a veteran of the US Army we both served in KUWAIT during Desert Storm. She went out of her way to assist me with my kitchen faucet leak. It was difficult to find the part I needed but Kim D did not stop until I left the store with the correct part. Her customer service and attention to detail skills are second to none. She sets the bar high for public service and commitment to her job. Her pleasant demeanor and smile are priceless. “I had an unbelievable experience recently thanks to the assistant manager, Lee. I went in and purchased 12 pieces of shiplap that were 12 feet long and I needed them to be cut so that I could get them into my car. I ran into Lee and asked him if he would be able to cut them and he said “Unfortunately, the saw is not working today”. And I was bummed because I really needed to complete this project at my house. So, Lee added, “I’m not going to leave you hanging, though; There’s another way to do this”. He said, “I can just cut each piece by hand”. And I replied, no way…you are crazy…there is no way that I would expect you to cut all of these pieces of shiplap by hand. But he was serious, and he proceeded to cut each piece one by one. I told him I had to write this review because this is an example of above and beyond service and everyone should know about it. All I want to say is, THANK YOU, LEE! You not only saved the day for the project I was working on, but you made my day with going above and beyond to help me. You and Home Depot were there for me when I needed you most!”

“This is the best Home Depot on this side of town . I have never been to a Home Depot with more than 1 level before. The customer service is outstanding here,the associates are all ready and willing to help. The store is organized and clean. Their restroom was immaculate. I definitely wasn't expecting a super clean bathroom with the traffic the store gets. They have an awesome selection of lighting fixtures much more than the other home depots I've been to. Their appliance section upstairs is large and offers a large variety of refrigerators and washers and dryers from an array of price ranges. Also, they offer a military discount. If you are looking for supplies for construction or just trying to add some nicer fixtures to your home, this is the Home Depot to come to.”

Our installer didn't give much notice when he was ready for the deck, railing and balusters. The lumber crew was so helpful, offering to cart the 2x10x16s and 2x4x16s I needed before 7am and help load them into my Expedition EL. For the 66 deck pieces and balusters, I was able to order online for my installer to pick up without issue. Once the deck was complete, we returned the few extra items with ease. We love this Home Depot and appreciate their continued excellence.”

“This Home Depot is the closest to our house, and we have experienced consistent customer service, cleanliness and organized aisles for the 15yrs we have lived in Marietta.We recently had our back deck rebuilt.
