Robby in particular stole my kid’s heart. He let him play in the water, and gave him two tiny trucks to keep this hands busy so mom could shop. “The Victorian Atlanta is such a cool plant shop! It was a very warm and welcoming atmosphere from the moment I walked in. The staff was super knowledgeable and helpful with all my questions. They have a variety of plants that you cannot find just anywhere. I loved that they have different price points for their plants and pots. I purchased a plant and a cute white pot to go with it. I am terrible with plants but the owners, Libby & Cary, as well as their staff have given me so much knowledge and confidence that I can keep my plant alive and thriving! I can’t wait to go back and start adding to my plant collection!”

“Received my shipment just the other day. They were out of Alocasia Zebrina that was listed on their website so they gave me the option to choose another plant plus a freebie! Was super excited and chose an anthurium. The anthurium I chose had mealy bugs. I think they’re almost gone though. Packaging was perfect and customer service was great!”

“My husband and I were looking for Italian style terra-cotta planters for our patio and hoped we might find something here having never been. We arrived early around 10:30AM on a Sunday and the garden was locked, we had to go inside and request to enter it but we were very readily greeted and quickly guided over with someone who could open the gate for us. What an incredible selection! And incredibly priced! We immediately found what we were looking for and were concerned because no pricing was available. He called over to his manager and got us an incredible price! We are already making plans to come back and buy more!”

I specifically want to shout out Romario and Olivia at the door department. Olivia helped me initially and Romario has helped me every time since. He helped walk me through the process since I was not familiar with what I would need. Next up is to pick up the door and get it installed. Overall, I've had good experiences here.”

I got a LOT of friendly greetings and offers for help, which is erm unusual for a Home Depot store; we're usually on our own right? “Products can be very hard to find even with the app and prices are always expensive. But it is a very convenient place to shop and sometimes free delivery and free pickup is an option. If you're not buying lumber from them, I highly recommend ordering everything online and having it ready for pickup or else you may be wondering around aimlessly”
