“I have had good experiences with this home depot. Occasionally, it seems like there are no employees anywhere. But mostly I can find someone to help me. I specifically want to shout out Romario and Olivia at the door department. Olivia helped me initially and Romario has helped me every time since. He helped walk me through the process since I was not familiar with what I would need. Next up is to pick up the door and get it installed. Overall, I've had good experiences here.”

“If U are a person who likes to 'thrift'. If U are on a tight budget, U can truly find some terrific, gently utilized items for Ur home. This place has doors, furniture, light bulbs, sinks and other trinkets for the inside or outside of Ur home.This is my 'go to place for expensive Blue mountain, American greetings and Hallmark cards. I've spent less than $1.25 for each card. Any style or type. I have purchased exquisite China and paintings for a reasonable and low budget friendly price. I was able to purchase the bowls (featured in the picture) as a set of 3 or 4. Both were under $9 for each set. And there were more available! If U have a dinner party, this is a great place to find gently used or never utilized chinaUnfortunately, what U may see today, U may not see tomorrow in a resource place such as this one. If U like it, put a deposit down to hold it for later.They will pick up items U no longer utilize for a small fee from the home. It is a resale store. They will probably want to view pics and style b4 picking up the item. U would have to be in a short or not so many miles radius of the selected location. Ask about delivery...I am not sure, but it may be available.Most of the items are gently or hardly used. If it has a chip, tear, etc. it doesn't hurt to ask for a little more off the price.”

I always seem to have trouble at the "Self Checkout" (User Error- That's on Me), but the employees have always been helpful and patient...I will absolutely be returning!”

“Products can be very hard to find even with the app and prices are always expensive. But it is a very convenient place to shop and sometimes free delivery and free pickup is an option. If you're not buying lumber from them, I highly recommend ordering everything online and having it ready for pickup or else you may be wondering around aimlessly”

Constantly out or disorganized, nothing matches the online location.Update: things are clearly getting better but still a little disorganized. The app is helpful, and staff are even better. “I would like to give a review to a fine gentleman name, Isaac Peralta he was so courteous and so friendly, so professional, and helped me throughout the store. He was very helpful even when helping me a customer came up, and he paused, excused himself from me, then told the customer to wait if he could for a moment he would get to him and then he looked at me and I told him no go ahead help him. I’m here I have more time and courteously told me I will distress what he needs or send to the department and I’ll get right back to you as we were standing there he turned around Question and then came back to me, and it was done so professionally Surprised he is management material. He was very professional very fast very courteous very knowledgeable. I know he works at the store at 1034 His manager is Ron in the lumber department he works in department 21 and 22 of the store number 1034I hope you acknowledge him because he’s an asset to your facilities. Thank you so much for such a beautiful experience I know sometimes staff is very busy and they can’t attend you so sometimes you’re ignored but right away he came to me when when I asked for help and he was there, and he paid attention to me, so thank you so much.
