“Just had a delivery of firewood and it's great. This is one of the few places that sells a full cord. Most advertise a full cord and then sell a face cord. The prices also beat a lot of what is out there on CL or FB marketplace.We'll use them again as the pieces are cut to a good size as well. We got a mix of white & red oak, cherry, poplar, and maybe some hickory.”

“Cat, or Kat went above and beyond with assisting me with my order today. I believe helping me took her past her scheduled work time. So, apparently I am considered a pro with Home Depot and I had no clue. I was informed by Kat that I was a pro and I had perks to retrieve. Long story short, she took care of everything on the phone because I wasn’t there and my contractor was coming to get things for me. She has saved me so much money and future money. “This Home Depot is the closest to our house, and we have experienced consistent customer service, cleanliness and organized aisles for the 15yrs we have lived in Marietta. We recently had our back deck rebuilt. Home Depot had everything our installer requested with competitive pricing (compared with Lowe's and Metro Building). Our first large lumber order was placed online and delivered directly to our driveway for $79 + $30 so we could specify the delivery window. Our installer didn't give much notice when he was ready for the deck, railing and balusters. The lumber crew was so helpful, offering to cart the 2x10x16s and 2x4x16s I needed before 7am and help load them into my Expedition EL. For the 66 deck pieces and balusters, I was able to order online for my installer to pick up without issue. Once the deck was complete, we returned the few extra items with ease. We love this Home Depot and appreciate their continued excellence.”

“This is the best Home Depot on this side of town . I have never been to a Home Depot with more than 1 level before. The customer service is outstanding here,the associates are all ready and willing to help. The store is organized and clean. Their restroom was immaculate. I definitely wasn't expecting a super clean bathroom with the traffic the store gets. They have an awesome selection of lighting fixtures much more than the other home depots I've been to. Their appliance section upstairs is large and offers a large variety of refrigerators and washers and dryers from an array of price ranges. Also, they offer a military discount. If you are looking for supplies for construction or just trying to add some nicer fixtures to your home, this is the Home Depot to come to.”

“Sonny went out of his way to make sure that I was taken care of at this Home Depot! I had problems with self checkout and then I realized I left my debit card at home. He tried everything to help me see if we could use my pro account card to pay and then I realized I had my check book and he patiently waited through that. The whole time he was so pleasant and kind! He never once made me feel like a burden even though I felt so embarrassed that I couldn't get it together! I had already had a long day and I was taking my daughter out to buy stuff for our diy guinea pig cage project. This night could have ended in tears for me, but thankfully with a wonderful employee like Sonny, my daughter and I were all smiles and I will be making the drive from Woodstock to become a permanent customer! I couldn't be more thankful for customer service like that!!”
