This is the seventh time that I have rented a van from enterprise truck and van rental in Alpharetta. The staff is always helpful. I even rented one in Buford, Georgia, and I’m always greeted with great smiles and pleasant employees that really make you feel uplifted after traveling seven or eight hours and unloading vans. Personally, I’m not ever going to budget or Avis or any other competitor. It will strictly only be enterprise.”

“Amazing! I had a great experience using this location. Brandi and Bernita were so welcoming and friendly. We wanted to rent a large SUV for my husband to drive our daughter and her friends to the prom. From me calling around to finding the vehicle and to my husband driving to the location to ensure they had the vehicle and ensure it would be ready. They were so accommodating. I had knee surgery and had trouble getting around and they tried everything they could to keep me from having to go in to the location. I eventually had to go in but they were so welcoming. I watched them give the same expert level of service to the other customers in the office.If I should ever need a local rental I will definitely be using this location. A+”

“I don't know how you could have a bad experience if you're dealing with Steven from the Alpharetta Highway Enterprise rental car, I had an issue with the miscommunication with the other employees and they had me taking my car back to a different drop spot and a different date he fixed it with a smile! If only he could train others how to treat customers!!”
