But when I showed up at the Hertz location, I was told that despite my reservation in advance, they'd somehow run out of cars.I scrambled over to this Avis location in the hopes that they would have something, and they were able to clean out a car and get it rented to me in record time so I wouldn't miss my appointments. “Great service all-around. Deion, the person who checked us out when we returned the vehicle, was a real pleasure to deal with. Very personable, friendly and helpful. The perfect example of what an Enterprise representative should be. The check-in service took a lot longer than I expected though. I think it took about 45 minutes for us to get our vehicle. But, it just seemed to be because it was a very busy morning. About 8 people in there that morning. Overall, great experience and it left a very positive impression on us. “I reserved a car for my daughter at this location for the holiday and called to put in a request. Travis answered the phone on the second ring and was extremely courteous and polite. I asked to speak with Justin, but he was with a customer outside. I explained to Travis that the last time my daughter picked up a rental it didn’t have any coolant in it, and it caused her 4-hour trip to take 5 hours because she had to keep pulling over on the side of the highway until the warning light would go off. Once she arrived to her destination we swapped that car for another at a local Enterprise. I asked him to please ask the Manager, Justin, to provide her with a car that was in good shape so I, as a mother, didn’t have to worry about my daughter driving alone on a 4-hour trip. Justin did just that!!! She arrived safely in a great car. She enjoyed her road-trip and pulled up singing and bouncing around with the music playing.Last year at this time, and on several other occasions, you could NEVER get an answer at The Battery. It would just ring and ring and ring even if it wasn’t a busy holiday. This would happen EVERY time. I tried calling the nearest location in Sandy Springs in hopes I would get help with a general question, since I couldn’t get an answer where the car was rented at The Battery. Sandy Springs picked up right away. That’s when I first spoke to Justin and he was extremely helpful with answering my question. He took the time to assist me even though we did not pick up the car at his location, and even apologized for The Battery not answering. This happened on 2 different occasions and both times Justin picked up and assisted me. When I found out that Justin is now the Manager at The Battery location, I couldn’t be happier ?. That’s probably the reason Travis answered the phone by the second ring. I am elated to know that this location will now be a reliable one and the phone will get answered.Thank you Justin and Travis for your EXCELLENT customer service!!!”

Since the pandemic it seems that many businesses throughout the Atlanta area has been lacking on the overall customer experience and expectations. I have to say both Isiah and Mary went above and beyond in helping me secure a vehicle as my car was stolen and I was in desperate need to get back on the road. From the time I walked into the Buckhead location I was greeted and ushered through in a timely fashion. I was also given a free upgrade! “I got a car that had an expired tag on it. The second one was fine though, it took me 3 days to get someone to answer my call when I was trying to get the original returned.I got through originally and told the representative what happened, they understood and were looking for my paperwork. 5pm hit and the phones were disconnected. I didn't get a call the next day or anything.. 3 days later the phone system finally connected me and the rep was like "OH YES, I remember you, sure come swap it out" but why did it take 3 days? Why didn't someone call me the next day? They knew the issue, they knew who I was, they knew I was driving their car on expired tags so why did I have to reach out to them again?Other than that the service was fine but it really irked me that the responsibility to fix this problem was entirely on me and who knows what is going on with their phone system.”
