“I love my Apartment!!! The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. Although there hasn't been any major maintenance issues for me when you submit a request it's handled quickly. The office staff are great people. This is year 2 for me in the community. My neighbours are respectful and I haven't had any issues with noise.”

“I want to briefly share my experience when touring this property. The property is in an amazing location and the customer service was phenomenal. Marcus made the experience a painless one because apartment hunting can be a tedious task. However, Marcus was able to answer all of my questions while anticipating my follow up questions. He was easy to work with and although I did not move in due to timing, I will 100% recommend this property to my friends who are currently in the market for an apartment. 5 star customer service!!!!”

“My family has lived here for five years so when I moved to the area I knew where I wanted to rent. This place is in a great location and is really a great community. I have never really spoken to staff at my past apartments but the folks here are friendly and help make the community a family oriented place. The new manager Daniel assisted me when my leasing coordinator was out sick and I was able to move in smoothly with no issues. Special Thanks to Daniel and team for the donuts and coffee on a busy moving day!”
“The Collingwood Ln Apartment complex is located in an excellent area of the City, and it also has clean and quiet recreational spaces, which allows us to live in a safe place for our children. It has a highly professional administrative staff willing to attend to our needs in the best possible time, and most importantly, they are respectful. I thank God for having the opportunity to be in this place with my family, likewise, I would like to thank in particular Miss Andrea Brito for her excellence as a person and professional, to attend to and resolve our concerns and requirements at the time we need them. , as well as the maintenance staff among them, Mr Rigo, Raúl and the other gentlemen, thank you all. I would definitely recommend Collingwood Ln as the best home to live in.”
“Lived here about 4 years. Not a bad word to say about the place. Friendly staff throughout, quick responses to maintenance requests & complaints and always willing to work for you instead of for "the property" like many other apartment communities. Very peaceful, clean and quiet location as well. Highly recommend”
“The 5 stars pertains specifically to the maintenance service provided by Norman W, who assisted when my air conditioning was broken for 5 days straight in late May/early June. (Emblem prop mgmt gets zero stars for not addressing the problem sooner.) I ran into Norman in the hall on my way to the leasing office to get a status on the repair issue. He offered to come up right then to have a look, and had my AC running again in just a few minutes. He then went the extra mile and came back at 3:00 that same day (with his colleague Van) to ask if the AC was still working! I was impressed! I said yes but that it never turned off, and he offered to check the coolant. No problems since (fingers crossed) and the system is functioning as it should. Thank you Norman! Emblem Alpharetta is lucky to have you on their team.”

Danita, the new manager who took Ashley’s place, has been phenomenal. She keeps a clean, tightly safe community which I love. She doesn’t stand for nonsense either. She has been a much needed improvement for the complex.”

“I’ve been living here for 10 years. It’s an older property but very well maintained and the best part is the management staff. Savannah and Paige are quick to respond to your needs and have put together a team that works. Before I moved in, I looked it over a dozen properties since my girlfriend and I like to walk-through newly built properties. None of the new properties have the room or the amenities of Highland Park. Make sure you include this property and your search.”
“I was skeptical to move to these apartments but I took chance , Its been a month and I am impressed with the maintenance team and Staff at Lease office , especially Briana , she is very polite and sweet and works on your issues quickly. I still have 11 months to go ...:) and I and hoping they will go well by staying here. Prices are reasonable and Apartments are good so going well so far. Please dont hesitate to explore this option in Sandy Springs/Dunwoody area where other apartments are way to expensive. Its closer to Marta as well. I am a real resident who has written real review.”
