“I know there's quite a few negative reviews, but I wanted to share my experience for anyone who is looking to move here.For two years, I lived at Juncture, and honestly it's been the best experience I've ever had at an apartment complex.01. The apartments are very spacey, gorgeous, and if you're lucky to get a corner unit with two balconies, lovely views too! When I first moved in, the management team did such a good job preparing it, it felt like I was the first person to move in. NEVER had that experience before. *chef's kiss*02. It's safe, my neighbors were lovely (still miss them!), and never had anything stolen.03. As someone who WFH, the amenities are amazing. There are like four gyms. Huge lounges (that people forget to use), office spaces and conference rooms. I worked downstairs often and it was great that it was open 98% of the time. Also loved the pool and that it was clean.04. Very few maintenance requests but maintenance is fast.05. No roaches in my apartment.06. Never ran into billing issues or hidden fees. When there was one calculation error, management quickly addressed it. Rachel, Emily, and Terrence have always been WONDERFUL to me.So now let's talk about the "flaws"...A. The gate: Majority of the time it's in working condition, but people (and most often trash trucks) run through it and break the gate. Management is quick to fix it, but there's not much they can do about that. To me, this wasn't a big deal, because the place is super safe and management stayed on top of it which is all I ask for.B. There is construction next door, but the apartment is insulated well enough to where I rarely heard it.C. Waterbugs: It's Atlanta. There's not a place you're going to live in this city where you don't find giant water bugs / cockroaches outside in the summer. But at Juncture, I saw them the LEAST and in my entire time living there, I never saw one inside my apartment which tells you how well sealed the apartments are.D. Communication: I never had an issue getting in touch with management. Sometimes phones can get busy (which is expected), but they kindly give out their email and I've always gotten a response within a few hours. So if you're worried you will won't be able to get in touch with these people — not the case at all.I honestly loved living here. If you're looking for a safe, luxurious apartment where management rarely bothers you but is accessible if you need them, Juncture is it.The only reason I moved is because I have a toddler and he really needed a backyard. But if it hadn't been for that, I would've stayed at least another two years. I'm really going to miss this place but I had a good time! <3”
