“Paige was so prompt with everything. Ive been satisfied with every step. She made the process so headache-free and easy. The whole complex is clean and safe. The example show apartment looked identical to the unit I am currently renting. This property management is extremely quick with responses and maintenance requests. I wanted to write this sooner but I wanted to wait until I lived here for a couple months. Everything is consistent, clean, prompt, and I have never been approved quicker for a lease than Highland Park Apartments.”

“We ended up finding another complex under our budget, BUT we loved these facilities. No one prompted me to write a review and I am NOT a resident, so I can only comment on what I saw, We were greeted by/taken care of by Hammed.Hammed is the bomb. He was very personable and knowledgeable, but also very upfront of expectations. It made it easy to trust him. The halls had a slight odor and the appliances are not worth the price of rent, but we loved the unit and the facilities were immaculate. It came down between this place and where we picked. We went with the less-nice and less-expensive option.However, we think Hammed is great and if anything changes in the future, we would definitely reach out to this complex again.Thanks Hammed!”

“Fantastic location and a quiet community that gives a sense of peacefulness. The new management team and maintenance have been nothing but amazing, the day before my partner and I were due to move in, there was an issue that arisen outside our control and outside the control of management that could have potentially affected the chance of us moving in, however! The management team, notably Katina and Sandra, and Solomon were able to pull off a miracle and found us an even better apartment last minute to move in to, thank you so much team, we are proud to call Aventura Dunwoody our home!”

“I lived here for 3 years and had a mostly positive experience. It’s nice and tucked away but very close to shopping and interstates. The gym is nice and never crowded, there is a nice sidewalked road to walk on, some wooded area around also. Marta is right across the street so that’s convenient. Jordan the maintenance man is always so kind and fixes issues in a timely manner. Management has always been fair when it comes to any issues. There was a time when the fire alarms were going off a lot but that was resolved before I moved out. Kinda regret moving honestly!”

It's peaceful, the staff are friendly, & any requests are handled in a timely manner (usually the same day). I rarely give reviews but Shianti, Marriah, and Audra have made this a great experience!! “I recently moved here (sight unseen!) and I’m so glad I did! I cannot brag enough about the team here, especially Amaia from leasing and Chris from maintenance. The two of them worked closely together to make sure my apartment was ready by move in. I had to do everything virtually, since I was traveling for work at the time, and Amaia went above and beyond to make sure I was pleased with my apartment selection, from video tours to keeping me informed of its status along the way.The manager, Dominique, has been friendly and accommodating as well. Management even made sure my Uhaul wasn't booted while parked on site during my move in!Another plus about this place is the bodega! We have a convenient store on site that stays open until midnight. LOVE THIS!The location is perfect and conventionally located near everything essential for me (grocery stores, restaurants, shopping, spa, parks, etc.)If I must agree with anything negative from other posts, it is the cleanliness of the common areas. It seems we need an actual janitorial staff to clean daily, at least until the team is fully staffed.I 100% recommend you move here!”
