“I primarily shopped this location from 2014 until 2023. Only reason I won't be back is that I recently moved out of state. They always had what I needed/wanted. Even found a few items of interest I hadn't seen at other locations that became regular items for me. The staff are not always friendly. It's very hit or miss. Customer service is not always friendly. The worst was the lady that frequently works in the self checkout area. Just attitude for no visible reason, perhaps troublesome customers before my arrival?! Only reason I docked one star is her.”

“I primarily shopped this location from 2014 until 2023. Only reason I won't be back is that I recently moved out of state. They always had what I needed/wanted. “I was surprised at the selection available. I found several things on my list I wasn't expecting to find. I was both pleased with the low price on some items, but displeased with the higher prices on other items. The lady that checked us out was very sweet and kind. They did not have a working, public restroom.”

“I would probably give this Kroger a five if I was accustomed to it. To me it's totally backwards.I read left to right but I do not want to shop left to right. It's very annoying.99% of all grocery stores have the aisles going right to left. I can deal with the occasional oddball store that flips the produce, diary, and meats around ... BUT THE WHOLE STORE. My daughter in-law would love it (she's left handed).”

“the Kroger on Brownsville Road Powder Springs has a very friendly staff highly knowledgeable in know where everything is which is amazing because corporate screwed up again thank you Kroger company of families and Corporation you moved bread you move the milk you move the eggs you moved everything in heck and Haiti you so I used to know where everything was in the store I understand you've got to get different products and and give themselves space and stuff like that that's just business but this time Kroger and I'd like to get this into the corporation y'all screwed up”

“If your looking for good & fast service you should definitely go to this Kroger! I've been to multiple Kroger's and I have to say this is by far my favorite! My daughters prescription is always on time and they always have the medicine in stock, which is a blessing. As for produce, my children loves the fresh fruits in vegetables! Plus this year Easter I was every where looking for eggs and everyone was sold out... of course because the Cov19 I'm sure but Kroger's Powder Springs was fully stocked! This made my day to give my little ones Easter eggs after being sold out on the entire planet! I love good customer service that's all I get coming to this grocery store.”
