“I have frequented this location many times over 20 years the past year has been the absolute best customer service as well as the most cleanliness in stores. There was nothing in the aisles the inventory was put up the shelves were clear and easily accessible I was not tripping over any items, the overall store was clean and presentable there were plenty of shopping carts and shopping baskets available. I always have a decent experience at Dollar general, but these past few times have been a breath of fresh air! That is why I continue to return because of the clean atmosphere and environment, and the customer service.”
“Store# 1586 in Austell, GA. is the most cleanest and organized store that I have seen in Georgia. The Walmart in Douglasville, Hiram, and Lithia Springs aisles and shelves are not organized, clothes items along with other items are on the floor in several areas. When you enter the store you witness carts with boxes filled to the fullest in various areas throughout the store, there are rarely a cashier to check you out and the lines are very long and lengthy with customers. In fascination and curiosity, I walked through the Austell store twice looking for a small box to put items in and could not find one but during second walk-through there was a vendor stocking the candy aisle on the grocery side and I was able to grab two boxes off of his cart. I was so amazed and compelled to share the wonderful experience with the Store Manager, Tyrell Crumpler, who was humble and kind to include a lovely smile during our short chat.”
“This is a it is what it is moment. The staff is cool. I can honestly say I’m never surprised walking up to the register. The minute your walked in you were greeted with whatever issue is taking place for the day. It’s either system is down. Or they’re only taking cash. Or they don’t have any bags. So you know what time it is from the time you walk into the store. You are never shocked. It is not very well stocked. But you are able to find just about enough essentials to get by until you make it to your major shop in for the week. Sometimes the stores close during the day and I can guarantee that if they’re close Family Dollar is closed lol so I will not waste my time to go to family Dollar. Sometimes you’re actually in luck that Family Dollar will not be close. But very rarely. I honestly have to say that is one of those places that I drive by and I always get a laugh because they always seem to close on time which is definitely a good thing.”

“Gosh I don’t know if I’ll come back to this location. They didn’t have anything I was looking for that was in stock. Not only that but the pineapples that looked the best (in the clear containers) someone had placed a warning sticker over the barcode so when I went to scan I turned it over thinking it was closed/secure and the juice spilled everywhere. I’m glad that happened. Shows me that it wasn’t secure and it would have spilled in the bag.I did come back to look at the PS5 for my bby and they had exactly what he wanted in stock. Jose (Zae) helped me with the PS5 when I came back. He was very nice and helpful to me in the electronics section. Also I do love the fact that the protection plan pamphlet is en español y inglés.”

“This place deserves to be much bigger! Very authentic Mexican foods and products to include meats and restaurant area. Could probably serve a bigger community if it were highlighted more. I went to find my favorite corn tortillas and now I don't have to go the further distance to find them. Very limited variety of household items but have some essentials if you don't want to go to Kroger down the street. Large parking area with close parking available since the businesses in that strip are not that popular or of high capacity. Dine in section for hot foods makes an additional lunch option so you don't have to be bothered with the Thornton Rd. traffic. Fresh fruits, vegetables, meats and mexican desserts...I'll definitely be back for authenticity, convenience and supporting small businesses.”
