“First visit. Quick and pleasant service. They assemble your breakfast sandwich right in front of you. I got a sausage, egg and cheese biscuit for $4.65. The biscuit was the best part of the sandwich. It would be nice if they used a better cheese like cheddar but overall very good. You can tell they have a lot of regulars. The people behind me were worried that they may have run out of biscuits but that was not the case (around 8:45 am). They have some booths inside but it's a typical independent gas station/convenience store decor. I'll be back. Prefer to support businesses like this versus the big fast food places. **Just added photos from another visit. Got the bacon instead of sausage this time and I liked it better even though I usually prefer sausage. **”

“A great local Marietta Offerings store. They have a lot of items referenced to The Square and Marietta. They also have a wine section as well as various jams jelly's sauces crackers. Books and paintings accessories are just a few of so many different things. The shop owners and staff are attentive. I did a lot of Christmas shopping there!”

“I stopped by this market because I happened to be in the area going to an African/Caribbean market. Mercado Real De la Villa was clean and very organized. It has a restaurant attached that had the smell of pozole verde coming from the kitchen. I didn’t visit for the purposes of going to the restaurant so I didn’t follow my nose but it brought back memories of Christmas. The Mercados Carniceria had a large selection of traditional meats and a few oddities that I know some padres would get to feel connected to el rancho that they grew up on. The staff was friendly and helpful and even offered some opinions on what to bring home for the holidays. The atmosphere seemed welcoming as there was a visible presence of members of the LGBTQIA community enjoying last minute holiday pickings. I was surprised to see a generous selection of packaged goods that were specific to the Central American diaspora mainly sweets and cookies from El Salvador and Costa Rica. The location is off of a main road which may or may not be convenient depending on your approach but worth a stop if you are looking for friendly service, accepting atmosphere and possible a little snack for the road.”

“I love Lidl! I'm not sure why I haven't shipped there sooner. The prices are unmatched and the selection of items are amazing! I found so many great deals while shopping. The only thing I would say, is I wish they had more organic fruits and vegetables to choose from. Overall the store is amazing. You can get household items as well as groceries. It reminds me a bit of Aldi's just bigger and a wider selection of items. It is my new go to shopping market.”

“Great carne de res, dude is outside with the authentic skreet corn all the time, awesome Mexican restaurant two doors down and right off the square rt where u wanna be if you're an authentic Mexican food connoisseur, seriously don't sleep on this place....fantastic short ribs seasoned to taste like the best carne asada you ever had before u even leave the store for only another dollar per lb and the meat is like 7.99 that's stupid cheap compare that to the 16 a lb at Kroger for New York strip and Publix fuhhgetaboutit it's dumb and just like you if you sleep on this place and you if ufux with Mexican food. Got the Milagro tortillas, Mexican medicines, caldo de pollo kits, all the cheeses, the soups,a lil bakery that's got everything, authentic vendors with snacks such as tamales corn and even papusas I think I've seen too which is like Central American, but still it's Mexican heaven or other races easy pass to making authentic Mexican. Food basically just add water type stuff it's that easy once it leaves the store fresh. easy parking and other stores relevant stores in same plaza friendly staff...dude I just like shopping there and I l0ve the place so much they just got a whole advertisement on the strength of the quality of their prepared and non pre prepped food. Freshness, quality, cleanliness, authenticity, friendliness, snacks, prepped easy food to look like a Mexican chef to your friends.... the carne seca and the carne de res is my favorite I buy like 4 lbs of meat each time I pass if I can and they throw in a free two liter and ask for the Donnie and they throw in some onions and cilantro and Milagros for every 4 lbs of meat u order and it's cheap u owe me for this recommendation talkin bout 50 bucks to look like my grandma in Mexico just cooked authentic street tacos and tamales all weekend for the family in less than 15 minutes of cooking you'll be happy I woke your butt on this Mexican oasis on Roswell baby! “HIDDEN GEM!!! I ordered several dishes to try out and I was pleasantly surprised. I had Curry Goat with white rice ( it was super tender and spicy and the rice well cooked). the Jerk Chicken was juicy and well seasoned and cooked. I didn't like the rice and peas, maybe needed some coconut milk?? I also had the Oxtail,even though it was well cooked it tasted weird. I also ordered some Beef Patties, it was delicious and definitely tasted like it was made in house, tasty flaky and fresh. Overall I was pleased with my food. I will be going back for more.”

I also appreciated that the staff took time to help me find some specific items that I had overlooked and the other shoppers gave us some good recommendations too. “This is a really neat little grocery shop with various Eastern European foods. Caviar, some sweets, smoked meats, fish, and chicken. They also have a selection of regional drinks and snacks, as well as a small grocery offering. Clean enough that you would be hard pressed to believe they process over 65 types of fish in their smokehouse.The service is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Prices were reasonable, and the quality of the caviar was very good to my untrained palate. They have many types from which to choose. The caviar was measured out in front of us and you could tell it was fresh.Very helpful over the phone and in person, I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone!”
