“Alaina from store 289 (Perimeter ) and Nadia from store 1218 ( North Point )was amazing. I purchased a bridal set online and the representative online told me that the rings supposed to arrive at a certain date and that I will have enough time to get it sized before I leave the country. When the rings arrived at store 289, I was informed that it will take roughly 2 weeks to send off to get it sized but that is when I would be coming back from the wedding engagement. Alaina went above and beyond by calling surrounding stores to see if another store can accommodate my request. Store 1218 was the only store that said that they will try. When I arrived at store 1218, Nadia made calls and did her part. They turned a negative situation into a positive situation. I will definitely go back to both stores to give my support just like how they give me theirs. ? in disguise. ?? to you and your families!”

“What a great find! I went during their open craft hours on a weekday to make a glass heart, their February project. The place is so darling, with plenty of space for crafting. The owners were super helpful but also gave my sister and I plenty of space to take our time and chat. I'm in love with my heart, and my sister did a gorgeous wood burning project. No matter your craft or creativity level, you'll find something here! There are also a few kits and things you can buy to bring home, as well as an area to get permanent jewelry. This place is perfect for a party or just a fun outing. We'll be back!”

To be fair, I first went because it's relatively close to home and because my wife used to work with somebody whose family owns the business. However, what's kept me/us coming back are the usual indications of a great business, which begins with outstanding service. We always get treated with nothing but patience and respect,, which is especially appreciated because when we do buy jewelry, we're still buying at the lower-end of their inventory yet, we still get treated like VIPs. I also like their repair services, which, is also nice because you don't generally throw away jewelry because of some damage. However, getting reasonable prices and quick turnaround factor into whether its worth repairing the damaged item, and once again, this is where they provide outstanding value.”

“I needed a watch sized and a bent ring reshaped, Joe the owner was very professional and did an amazing job reshaping the ring and resetting a loose diamond that had fallen out. The work was very reasonably priced, professional and repaired quickly. Joe also is a master jeweler with many wonderful handcrafted pieces in his store. I would highly recommend them!”
