“I am recently getting back into running and bought a new pair of shoes here a few months back. They mentioned that if I have any issues with them, to bring them back in. I ran in them a couple of times, but they were bothering one of my feet. I came back to the store last week with the shoes in hand, and Chris did a fantastic job of finding a better shoe for me. Chris took the time to try a few shoes with me and examine how I run in them. Then, with extreme patience, he tracked me down in the system (my name was butchered in their system from the original purchase), so he could do an exchange on the shoes without me even having the receipt! I ran in the new shoes for the first time today, and they are night and day difference. I was extremely impressed with Chris' customer service and Big Peach's ability to stand behind the products they sell and make sure you get the right thing!”

“I’m a new runner and went into Fleet Feet today to look at shoes to reward myself for 50 miles in October! Dominic was really amazing and he helped me through the entire process. He scanned my feet to help me find the best fit and then brought out an assortment of options to try on. The shoe color that I wanted wasn’t in the store, so I went ahead and ordered them through the website. I also got a nifty running belt and some gels in the store because I was so pleased with the customer service that I didn’t want to leave empty handed. “One of my wifes favorite places to shop. This location definitely needs a sign or some fancy lettering above the store to identify its location.Its been about two years, since I purchased something directly inside the store. So I entered in the mall from the Nordstrom side and walked right passed it. Found a directory and still overlooked it till I spoke with a store rep via cell LOLThe nice lady directed me from my location as I was walking up to the Second floor. Once there I instantly remembered two years ago this place had NO signage like the other stores in the mall. Except for a little sign outside the door.What gives Anthropology?? You can afford a nice fancy lettering above the doors.Once, they had my held gift for my wife and the cashier was very helpful and courteous.Just fix the sign, it's been two years!!”

“Hey guys, check out "Anthony" at the Sugarloaf Mills Mall's Skechers location. Because he will make sure you receive the shoes you desire, he excels at what he does. The last time I was there, the store was rather crowded, yet he gave me his full attention. Never once did he try to persuade me to buy something I didn't want. And he even asked me, "Can you show me what you like?" He kept such a positive attitude the whole time. So, if you want to work with a kind, patient, and exceptional salesperson, come into this store and please ask for "Anthony."”
