“Alaina from store 289 (Perimeter ) and Nadia from store 1218 ( North Point )was amazing. I purchased a bridal set online and the representative online told me that the rings supposed to arrive at a certain date and that I will have enough time to get it sized before I leave the country. When the rings arrived at store 289, I was informed that it will take roughly 2 weeks to send off to get it sized but that is when I would be coming back from the wedding engagement. Alaina went above and beyond by calling surrounding stores to see if another store can accommodate my request. Store 1218 was the only store that said that they will try. When I arrived at store 1218, Nadia made calls and did her part. They turned a negative situation into a positive situation. I will definitely go back to both stores to give my support just like how they give me theirs. ? in disguise. ?? to you and your families!”

“Joe was so professional, attentive, and kind. I was looking for diamond earrings that were small since I have to wear below a certain mm for work and for comfort. 7mm pearls hurt. I found some diamonds online. Joe was able to find a beautiful pair of diamond studs similar to the ones I was looking at online, suitable for everyday wear and that are comfortable enough to sleep in.
