“The staff was attentive and kind when I stopped in to look for jeans last night. One staff member pulled together about eight options for me to try on and everyone working in the store called me by name. When one of my items rang up at the wrong price (a recent clearance markdown) the staff member at the cash register caught and corrected the error before I could even say anything.
