“The staff was attentive and kind when I stopped in to look for jeans last night. One staff member pulled together about eight options for me to try on and everyone working in the store called me by name. When one of my items rang up at the wrong price (a recent clearance markdown) the staff member at the cash register caught and corrected the error before I could even say anything. I will return to this WHBM again.”

“I definitely prefer this location over the Alpharetta location. Sales associates are friendly and the store is clean and organized. Good clothes for casual wear and/or business. There's is always a sale so make sure you get your discount! I'm not a huge fan of the Collection at Forsyth but this Loft is the exception!”

“Got a gift card for Christmas, lost the card and the manager helped me get it replaced the customer service. I spoke to customer service and got nothing but attitude and he kept telling me to go to the store I bought the card from. Well he was wrong, the manager ended up contacting someone in customer service that helped us out. Next time I will be more careful with my gift cards. Overall, excellent service and friendly staff.”

“I would like to respond to people that say Plato's Closet is to expensive for it to be a secondhand store. I have to agree it is a little higher priced than most thrift stores but they operate different. The clothing they have is geared for the younger generation it gives them an opportunity to find good quality clothing in great shape that's in a better price range for them Pluto's closet pays for most of their very little of their stuff is fully donated so it will cost you a little they look through the stuff and they only accept things that are in good shape and thinks that the younger generation would really enjoy that's why they're not like your bottom dollar thrift I think it's a great place it's a good idea for the younger generation to be able to afford some really nice things at a cheaper price. But don't get me wrong just because it's geared for the younger teens and early twenties it's also got some great stuff in there for the older folks like me. 5 stars from me. I'm 63 and I can find things I like. Great boots and shoes also. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”
