“To the gentleman who showed such kindness when I visited Dog City Bakery this past Tuesday, I want to share with you just how far your kindness goes….I stopped into your store on a whim as I noticed the store from the street. You see, my 15 year old dog was just diagnosed with lymphoma last weekend. We know our time is limited, and I have been spoiling him rotten. I saw your store from the main road and knew I needed to stop.You immediately greeted me with enthusiasm and kindness. If you only knew how heavy my heart has been and how much it was needed. You asked about my boy and what kind of treats he likes as you filled a bag to the rim with special bakery cookies for him. I struggled not to cry as you told me I should bring him next time. I didn’t have the heart to say the health he is in.You brought me frozen yogurts from the back. You helped me pick out the meal toppers without knowing I need them to help stimulate his appetite right now. You gave my sweet boy a big bag of homemade cookies and frozen yogurt for free.You gave us sweet memories as he has enjoyed those frozen yogurts the past two nights. And every time we give him one of those cookies he gobbles them up excitedly.I know you likely do this for all your new customers. But if you only knew just how far your kindness went last Tuesday when I entered your store.My boy is going to enjoy each and every one of these cookies. (He really likes the cheese/bacon and the pumpkin stars!).I will spread the word of your kindness to everyone I know with a furry friend. I hope you know what a blessing you were to me this week. “I have been buying our dog's food here for close to a decade now. It's always great chatting with the owner, although I can never remember her name, every month or so when I drop in for a huge bag of Victor dog food. I love supporting this locally owned business and appreciate their customer loyalty punch cards. During my most recent visit I let my daughter pick out a Happy Birthday treat and a new collar for Brewer, since it was his birthday! I decided to buy an extra bag of dog food since we had a full loyalty punch card to redeem for a percentage off the purchase. The gal working, not the owner but has been here for years, informed me there was minimal available due to a recent recall on the brand. I was impressed and grateful. I had not heard of the recall and appreciate them being in the know for me. Our vet recently recommended to make the switch to a senior food, and the senior Victor was available. Brewer loved his birthday treat and new collar, and is still loving the new senior food.”

I told her about one that was so rambunctious and she got so excited and offered to show me the ferret and let me hold this little hairy noodle. “I've been going to this pet store for several years, primarily for dog self-wash, and it's set itself apart from the rest. Having explored numerous self-wash options for my dog, who is of a unique build with a long body and short legs, it's challenging to find a comfortable bathing solution that caters to his needs, especially as he's gotten older. The metal bathing stations we've encountered elsewhere made bath time a daunting experience for him, leading to a fear of baths.This all changed when we discovered this pet store, which features stone stairs leading up to each bathing station, with the basins themselves also stone. This thoughtful design made all the difference for my dog, making it easier for him to access the baths and feel stable despite his physical limitations. He's back to being excited about bath time, a testament to how comfortable and accommodating these facilities are.What stands out, aside from the pet-friendly infrastructure, is the overall experience. Bringing my own soap/products is never an issue, and I've never felt rushed or had trouble accessing a station, even during busier times. The ease of use with the nozzle's on/off switch is a small but significant detail, allowing for a smooth bathing process. Checkout is always swift, yet personable.For anyone seeking a stress-free, accommodating environment for washing their pets, I can't recommend this pet store enough. My dog's renewed enthusiasm for baths (and my good back) speaks volumes, and for that, we're both incredibly grateful.”

“I love the groomers here they are amazing!!! Lisa gave ginger a flea bath and said to call back if I see anymore cause fleas can be tricky, I saw another one when i got home and called her and she said i could come back and get her washed again! The team recommended a great oral med for her to get rid of her fleas and treated us so kindly and they were so gentle with ginger. Highly recommended Lisa as a go-to groomer and for sure love this location!”

“I stop here all the time. The Lidl brand energy drinks are the best and I will buy them by the flat (but not as often now since they are now 99¢ each). Most things are cheaper than a traditional US grocer and some things are ridiculously cheaper. The baked good are usually great as well.”

“The grooming at the East Cobb Petsmart is top notch. Jackson & April did a fabulous job on my Newfoundlands & it didn't break the bank. Trying to find groomers that treat you with respect or even call you back has been impossible. I highly recommend this location for all of your grooming needs.”

“I can't say enough good things about Chris the groomer at this location. He was so friendly with me and my two dogs. Two older chihuahua/weenie mixes can be a handful but he handled them gracefully and gave me an overview of everything that would be done. And when I came back to pick them up he told me all about their behavior. I will be bringing them back.”

“This was my first experience with Petco grooming. Unfortunately my dogs coat had gotten to long and she had some bad spots due to the length of her hair. I thought she might come home looking like a shaved rat. But Morgan did a fantastic, incredible job. Lola looks absolutely beautiful. I was beyond thrilled with the service.
