“We tried the mobile grooming service from the Regal Beagle this morning and found the experience to be super easy. Setting up the appointment was simple. The staff was friendly and professional. It was great. They pulled up in my driveway. I took the dog out and in a very short amount of time she was done. She had been brushed, bathed, groomed, and nails clipped. the whole shebang. She smelled amazing and she looked beautiful. It could not have been easier…I was able to pay via my credit card, I didn’t need to leave the house, and I was able to continue working. I didn’t have to use my lunch hour to take her back-and-forth between my house and the facility. So easy I made an appointment for them to come back again.”

“I'll go a 4.8!! Owner and staff nice, GREAT selection of foods and supplies. My .2 issue is picking up internet orders. retail help wants to check ID AND THE CREDIT CARD USED. My wife often does the ordering and I do the pick up. My name is on pick up confirmation, I have the pick up email but this still turns into a problem each and every time. Since COVID came to visit and most every business does internet orders and touchless pick ups. This is the ONLY business we have this issue at. BUT, WE LOVE THIS STORE and it's STAFF!!!”

“I have been buying our dog's food here for close to a decade now. It's always great chatting with the owner, although I can never remember her name, every month or so when I drop in for a huge bag of Victor dog food. I love supporting this locally owned business and appreciate their customer loyalty punch cards. During my most recent visit I let my daughter pick out a Happy Birthday treat and a new collar for Brewer, since it was his birthday! I decided to buy an extra bag of dog food since we had a full loyalty punch card to redeem for a percentage off the purchase. The gal working, not the owner but has been here for years, informed me there was minimal available due to a recent recall on the brand. I was impressed and grateful. I had not heard of the recall and appreciate them being in the know for me. Our vet recently recommended to make the switch to a senior food, and the senior Victor was available. Brewer loved his birthday treat and new collar, and is still loving the new senior food.”

“I love the groomers here they are amazing!!! Lisa gave ginger a flea bath and said to call back if I see anymore cause fleas can be tricky, I saw another one when i got home and called her and she said i could come back and get her washed again! The team recommended a great oral med for her to get rid of her fleas and treated us so kindly and they were so gentle with ginger. Highly recommended Lisa as a go-to groomer and for sure love this location!”

“Easy in and out, and good prices. Like many of these chains of small "supermarkets" (Aldi, Trader Joes, Fresh Market etc.), they often no longer carry items that you bought there last time. For this reason, I don't use Lidl for my regular grocery shopping, but it's a wonderful place to get a few things that you need right away. Also a good place to buy staple items like bread sugar flour etc.”

“I can't say enough good things about Chris the groomer at this location. He was so friendly with me and my two dogs. Two older chihuahua/weenie mixes can be a handful but he handled them gracefully and gave me an overview of everything that would be done. And when I came back to pick them up he told me all about their behavior. I will be bringing them back.”

I am going to return to get a canary in a few weeks when they come in, later looking into an aquarium and fish.This place is clean the animals and birds look healthy and well kept. Also everyone was friendly and informed.I was so glad I went with my friend.”

“We have 2 dogs, 4 cats, a bunny, 4 chickens, 8 fish, deer, squirrel, and every bird in the neighborhood. It is very hit or miss at this Petsmart. I have been challenged with the fish department more than once. It is always clean here. I shop here at least every couple of weeks.”
