“I stopped today to get some deli items and Meka was such a pleasure!! She greeted me with a smile, informed me of other options, and was easy to talk to. Additionally, I got a sandwich made and she walked over to assist me there as well. Felt like I was just chatting with an old friend, making jokes! As I was checking out, Sandy also assisted in bagging my items and saw me out with a smile. Great experience at thus location!”
“They were fast and friendly! After driving from Carrollton to Buckhead without pharmacies having the Rx in stock, Mableton pharmacy filled the Rx in less than 5 minutes. I was so relieved and thankful! Definitely recommend!”
“first time going to this Walgreen in this area went there with my friend to get photos done cierra was excellent she stayed there until we got everything correct she was a wonderful young lady.”
“Never has any issue with them but I always use the automated system to make sure my prescription is ready before I head over. I do agree the techs could definitely up their customer service but at the same time you can tell they are understaffed which I’m sure does not help in an already high stress job.”
“The staff at this Walgreens are insanely busy, but each time I’ve had to call to get questions answered for new Rx’s, and insurance coverage/prior auths, they are always very patient and friendly when picking up at the drive thru window as well. Being in healthcare these days is taxing, and trying to please everyone is a challenge but I do believe this Walgreens location is trying and has a nice Team currently. Hopefully it stays this way. ??”

“Nice and neat, except for that one time I had to use the restroom..other than that, shelves are neatly conditioned, can easily grab what I'm looking for, those self checkouts can be a bit slow , friendly associates and looking forward to shopping there again soon.”
“Wanted to give recognition to Shrya working in the pharmacy. She was very professional and gave great customer service. We ran into an issue with my order; and she above and beyond to help us. The experience was something that meant alot to me as a customer and ensure that Walgreens keeps our business. Thank you Shrya and everyone working in the pharmacy.”

“This pharmacy is the only pharmacy my family will ever use. We used a few other who were lazy or never had our order ready and at that point My brother, who’s schizophrenic, needed medicine ASAP. I went to Publix and BOOM! Never looked at another pharmacy again. Their professionalism and their respect for my deaf Mother when she’s with me is why I’ll travel to come to this specific pharmacy. Long story short the last pharmacy was at the Cobb Douglas health department and honestly I wouldn’t tell my worst enemy to go to that particular pharmacy just miss all the excuses and the extremely long wait and come to Publix Pharmacy on Floyd rd❤️ ? They’re amazing and knowledgeable about any medicine doctors throw at you lol plus they’re kind and courteous. Because honestly that means a lot to someone with a deaf Mother and a schizophrenic brother. Y’all are some angels ? ?”
“So I have been under the weather for the past week again. I visited the doctor this past Monday, early afternoon. I was prescribed 3 different medications that were sent in electronically to my regular pharmacy, which is a different CVS than this one. Normally, I don't have any issues with them but on this occasion, the one time I probably felt the worse ever, my prescriptions were not ready in a timely manner. I had to wait over 24 hours to get my medicine as they stated they were "backed up". The next morning, I phoned in and checked the status of my prescriptions and 2 were ready (which probably were filled the night before) but the 3rd wasn't and wasn't going to be ready until that evening. I understand a lot of people are sick, but I don't understand why they couldn't just go ahead and fill the last one instead of having me wait all day for it. I had to go the whole night before without it, and now basically another whole day as well. And even when I got there to pick it up, I still had to wait a few minutes because it still wasn't ready..Fast forward to my doctor sending in another prescription for me.. this time I requested for it to be sent to this pharmacy which is actually closer to my home, but I've never used it. Prescription was sent in literally within an 1hr to 1hr 15min closing time. I honestly didn't think it would get filled till the next day and I understood. HOWEVER! I received a text that said "your prescription is ready for pickup" about 30 minutes later. I couldn't believe it. I rushed to pick it up before closing and really give kudos to this pharmacy for taking the time to fill it for me in such a short timeframe. I actually may consider switching pharmacies!”
“Employees are great! If you order subs from the deli, you better order 5 hours before or you will be waiting. That doesn't mean the deli staff is doing a bad job, just overwhelmed. There should be a better system in place to let customers know that their order is ready and the Publix app isn't the place.”
