“My 2019 BMW X3 barely started yesterday when I was headed out to lunch and needed my car for an appointment in the evening. Time for a new battery! Of course, in a BMW, a battery replacement is not just an easy swap out, they have to be coded to the car, so I couldn't just run by an Auto Zone. I found Malones on Google and they were able to get me in within an hour of my call. My car was ready shortly thereafter.When I left the shop, I did notice a rattle that was coming from the back and wound up going right back. Adam wound up jumping in the car with me to hear what was happening. He quickly discovered that one of the tie downs wasn't clicked into track and solved the problem!These guys were very friendly, fast, and honest workers. Good to know they are my neighbors as well, now that I'm out of warranty!”

I really lucked out because the owner Brian actually has over 30 yrs experience working with Hondas. All the mechanics areprofessional, knowledgeable, and will honestly explain your vehicle’s diagnostics. And they don’t rip you off or treat you like a fool just ‘cause you’re a woman. This place is a blessing and hidden treasure.”

“Despite the mediocre reviews, I found this jiffy lube to be hospitable, reliable, and informative. The Other branch off delk messed up my brake pad install by putting the pads on the wrong side. Left brake pad went to the right. So I avoided that branch. However, this one as I've mentioned is a breeze! I'll keep coming here because of the consistent service and friendliness.”

“I needed to take time out to review this specific location. I come here regularly to get my oil change, but there has been a management change since the last time I came in. Let me say it definitely shows. For the record, none of my past visits has been bad. However, this one is worth remembering. The manager's name is Roy. He greeted me when I drove up, politely showed me to the waiting area, and began work on my vehicle. Once he confirmed who I was in the system, he made sure to inform me of any needed maintenance but was not pushy about it. I like this. I do realize most associates are encouraged to go for the upscale. Once the services were completed, he returned to give me my total. He made sure to give me a complete breakdown of all costs and even gave me some new information I was not aware of. Taking the time to make sure the customer understands all options is always welcome. The plus was his polite disposition. Please visit with this gentleman and his team. I like to support good business. This is definitely an example of it from start to finish.”
