Let me say it definitely shows. For the record, none of my past visits has been bad. However, this one is worth remembering. The manager's name is Roy. He greeted me when I drove up, politely showed me to the waiting area, and began work on my vehicle. Once he confirmed who I was in the system, he made sure to inform me of any needed maintenance but was not pushy about it. I like this. I do realize most associates are encouraged to go for the upscale. Once the services were completed, he returned to give me my total. He made sure to give me a complete breakdown of all costs and even gave me some new information I was not aware of. Taking the time to make sure the customer understands all options is always welcome. The plus was his polite disposition. Please visit with this gentleman and his team. John and his staff are THE BEST! you won't ever pay for a repair that wasn't needed and the work is guaranteed.I had an Acura that the dealership told me to replace the wire harness which was a $200 part and a $400 repair. John found something minor wrong and fixed it.Nissan lied and told me the noise I was hearing was me needing struts (this was AFTER the swore they replaced the transfer case on mt transmission). I needed the struts which was hundreds less with John than with Nissan but John also found I needed a transmission.Needless to say when I took his recommendation to Nissan I had them by the short hairs and they replaced my transmission as John doesn't do transmission work.But for any other repairs on my cars, my kids cars, my parents cars and my best friend (as we all go to John) JW is my FIRST CALL. he has NEVER led me wrong.”
