“Last Friday, I was in need of an oil change bad, so I google searched walmart near me. All the locations near me had bad reviews except this location, so I called to see if they would take me, being that it was late. But Oh, let me tell you when I called Mrs. Theresa answered the phone with such a professional tone and sweet spirit She explained to me that she was short staff, But that if I arrived at the time she gave me that she would take care of me. I showed up 5 minutes late due to work traffic coming an hour from Decatur, and she was still graceful and took care of me. I really appreciate this kind of service.”

I had a few questions and the technician took his time answering and didn’t make me feel dumb.
