“I had a wonderful experience overall at Marietta Toyota! I visited 4 dealerships in 1 day, test driving 9 vehicles, and narrowed it down to 3. “I wanted to add this review even though we did not complete the rental process. I don't remember the names of the associates, but both were very pleasant and professional. Stark contrast to what we experienced at the Hertz down the street. I really appreciated everything, from the lot to the car selection, to the lobby, to the assistance. The only reason we did not complete the rental was due to the card declining (we needed to unlock it). Here, they cannot run a card twice in 24 hours if it declines. However, I'd recommend this location for car rentals (or the one down the street near white water) in this area for sure. *PS. Deposit amount is $300! Good to know!”

“I reserved a car for my daughter at this location for the holiday and called to put in a request. Travis answered the phone on the second ring and was extremely courteous and polite. I asked to speak with Justin, but he was with a customer outside. I explained to Travis that the last time my daughter picked up a rental it didn’t have any coolant in it, and it caused her 4-hour trip to take 5 hours because she had to keep pulling over on the side of the highway until the warning light would go off. Once she arrived to her destination we swapped that car for another at a local Enterprise. I asked him to please ask the Manager, Justin, to provide her with a car that was in good shape so I, as a mother, didn’t have to worry about my daughter driving alone on a 4-hour trip. Justin did just that!!! She arrived safely in a great car. She enjoyed her road-trip and pulled up singing and bouncing around with the music playing.Last year at this time, and on several other occasions, you could NEVER get an answer at The Battery. It would just ring and ring and ring even if it wasn’t a busy holiday. This would happen EVERY time. I tried calling the nearest location in Sandy Springs in hopes I would get help with a general question, since I couldn’t get an answer where the car was rented at The Battery. Sandy Springs picked up right away. That’s when I first spoke to Justin and he was extremely helpful with answering my question. He took the time to assist me even though we did not pick up the car at his location, and even apologized for The Battery not answering. This happened on 2 different occasions and both times Justin picked up and assisted me. When I found out that Justin is now the Manager at The Battery location, I couldn’t be happier ?. That’s probably the reason Travis answered the phone by the second ring. I am elated to know that this location will now be a reliable one and the phone will get answered.Thank you Justin and Travis for your EXCELLENT customer service!!!”

Fast forward to Monday I’m stopped by Atl’s finest as there was an issue with the vehicle so I returned it today and was helped by Justin.
