2 stars bc your employees are nice. Rented a car here and ordered economy, hertz didn't have any, so I had to pay an additional 25$ per day for the car they did have. Seems like you either need more economy cars or there needs to be no upcharge as this is a company issue not a customer one.

They are really on top of everything here!! They had everything ready for me very quickly, and I wasn't sure how the rental would turn out because I reserved it online. Turned out, it went perfectly because they were all working in sync very well.
