No signage to tell me where to pickup. 3rd party sites inaccurately list vehicles that aren't available. The manager and corporate is aware of this problem and have yet to address it. Don't go to this location, it will be a waste of time and money.

Terrible experience and service with an unwillingness to assist a customer in need.Well I tried again a year later and the customer service was still poor. Lesson learned.

Warning to all Uber drivers: The reason Hertz is able to treat us like trash is because this is the only viable option for many of us to rent a mid-tier car. I am currently renting a Chevy Bolt EUV since November, and issues have persisted from the start. Regarding payments, not only do they charge me $307.28 every week, but they also put an additional hold of $307.00 for incidents, despite the initial $200 deposit upon car pickup. Each time I visit the location, there's always an Uber driver complaining about their negative account balance due to withheld funds. There's more to elaborate on, but this "review" is getting long. Now, onto my problem: On Friday, March 9, 2024, I woke up to discover $1,300 missing from my account. So, I did what most people would do—called Hertz to rectify the issue. Aware of the usual lengthy wait times, I braced myself. However, upon reaching someone, they informed me they didn't see any charge aside from one on my account. Consequently, they instructed me to visit the Hertz rental car company in person. I stressed that my rent was due and implored them to address the matter promptly. Disappointingly, I was told the rental car company would be closed until Monday, leaving me helpless. Naturally, I requested to speak to a supervisor, anticipating a delay. After waiting for another 30 minutes, they promised a supervisor would call me back in five minutes after taking my number—only to abruptly end the call. Frustrated, I waited all day before calling again, enduring another 30-minute wait to speak to someone. After explaining the situation once more and asking for a supervisor, I endured another lengthy wait. Eventually, they hung up on me after 45 minutes. Losing patience, I called again, refusing to wait for a supervisor this time. Finally, after about 15 minutes, a supervisor dismissed my concerns about how I was treating and said there is nothing he can’t do anything about it. Fast forward to Monday, I visited the Hertz rental car building in Marietta for Uber, only to find it packed and open for just 30 minutes. Despite arriving early, I was informed I had to sign in and wait, with no indication of how long it would take. As an Uber driver, you understand the significance of each day and how that affects you paying your rent. However, Hertz seems indifferent, prioritizing their $1229.04 monthly revenue over our needs, treating us like financial pawns. We're charged exorbitant prices for these cars, essentially coerced into accepting them due to our reliance on Uber. Consequently, we're subjected to horrible customer service and outrageous prices because we have no viable alternatives. I'm finished ranting; unfortunately, there's still no resolution in sight. The desk attendant advised me to return at 3pm, so I'll have to wait and see what unfolds then. Perhaps involving my lawyer or starting a movement for change might be necessary. We deserve better

Second experience with hertz and not a fan and last time. Call this location on the phone and asked a question in regards to a reservation, and the guy had seemed to be inconvenienced for doing his job. Hertz isn't Enterprise (a block away, worth the extra $) or better off getting a turo or another using another rental. You been warned

I went to this specific location for the first time with my family. Because I was renting a car , I got dropped off at by Uber at 7:56 am.It was cold and raining outside . I asked the lady in that was clearly sitting directly in the front . If I can sit in the lobby. She looked at me and my son wet and cold and said no, stared at us . This is now 7:58. Then walked to the back. The reason I arrived five minutes earlier was because my pick up was at 8 AM. This was not my first rodeo with rental cars or with Hertz but I was surprised. So I said, to myself, maybe a safety protocol, I don't want to ruin my vacation with my family because of her being rude.At 8:03 AM now, a gentleman comes and unlocks the door and turns his back. Does not prop. The door open does not say good morning just simply unlocks the door and turns around. So I waited a minute because I'm unsure if I'm allowed in or he was just going through a checklist of opening items. It was very awkward. So I cracked open the door and asked if we're allowed to come in because now there's a line behind me. He stated yes. as I checked in it took 45 minutes for a prepaid pre-registered rental car to get to me and I was the first customer there. He made me call my insurance to verify information. I've already supplied him on my coverage. I have never waited that long for a rental company, this delayed my trip and my travels that day.I let it go because everyone is entitled to a bad day. Upon check out, it was 7:30 AM. They were not in the office so I did the express check out. I sat in the car waiting for my Uber because it was raining yet again the same gentleman that checked me and came to the car and literally stated ma'am I need you to get out of the car.I thought it was extremely rude because obviously I'm here to drop off the car and I'm early. I'm just waiting for my Uber to get here . Why else would I be here but to drop off a vehicle. The customer service is horrible, I will tell anybody that will listen that I will never use this location or probably Hertz again. Not only was the most expensive. Three day rental I have had the experience had I not changed the narrative for my family could've easily ruined what was supposed to be a fun time and a family vacation while the kids were on winter break. Anyone looking to rent a car I would go anywhere else. The entire staff was rude, short, take your money elsewhere. There is a lot of Hertz rental locations and a lot of rental car companies that could've treated you with care, compassion, and efficiency to get you in and out of there.Highly do not recommend . Very unsatisfied .

Long wait to try and swap the car cuz the rental car I had picked few hours ago had a strong smell of weed. Crew wasn't friendly or helpful. Wasted 45 mins asking for a question or trying to deal the car only to find out with 40 plus cars on the lot, Manager said he didn't have any. Lame

If you want to be scanned and talked to in a rude disrespectful and dismissive manner, do business with them. They are a disgusting group of people. Especially the the lady at the white looking lady at the first desk in as you enter the Uber hertz building. The black sounding guy who answered the phone at the hertz building behind the Uber one had mental issues. My Uber pro bank account was closed due to a false report from the Uber driver company. Uber pro bank has been holding my funds hostage. They claimed they would send a check for my remaining funds but never have. It’s been over a week at this point. My uber pro bank account is linked to my Uber driver account. This is where my earnings go directly.Context: Uber shut down my Uber driver account within 24 hrs of me renting through the Uber- hertz program. This program allows Uber drivers to rent a Tesla through the hertz rental company. The company has stipulations. You must complete at least 30 trips within the week, and you get charged on a weekly bases. As I mentioned earlier, Uber shut off access to my Uber driver account within 24 hrs of me receiving the rental that I paid. They said that they were doing a “safety investigation”. This so called investigation happened to last a week and be over the day after I had to return the rental. My Uber account is now active. Uber scammed me as well as other people. So in a nutshell, Uber conspired to shut down my account, use their power to shut down my bank account, then hertz fraudulently charged, then overcharged me.

2 stars bc your employees are nice. Rented a car here and ordered economy, hertz didn't have any, so I had to pay an additional 25$ per day for the car they did have. Seems like you either need more economy cars or there needs to be no upcharge as this is a company issue not a customer one.

I came here last Thursday and it was packed. I’d advise to get her early. There were several cars to choose from. Nene helped me get a vehicle and I was on my way. Fast forward to Monday I’m stopped by Atl’s finest as there was an issue with the vehicle so I returned it today and was helped by Justin. He provided great customer service while helping multiple ppl. Despite the reviews there’s workers here who work.
