“Took my 84 yo father on a cross country road trip and upon return realized he had lost his phone. Called this store originally and spoke with Darryl. He answered all of my questions with patience and sincere concern for my circumstance. Shortly thereafter my father and I went down to the store where Darryl handled everything and made purchasing a new phone and accessories a breeze.
