“Took my 84 yo father on a cross country road trip and upon return realized he had lost his phone. Called this store originally and spoke with Darryl. He answered all of my questions with patience and sincere concern for my circumstance. Shortly thereafter my father and I went down to the store where Darryl handled everything and made purchasing a new phone and accessories a breeze. I cannot express my gratitude enough as I was truly dreading having to walk through this process. Darryl is truly a specialist in customer service. He knows how people should be treated and his actions made mine and my father’s day. After traveling across country I have seen what good customer service can mean for a company. It can make or break you. I hope Cricket realizes what they have in Darryl and compensates him accordingly. I in no way knew him prior to this transaction but I left feeling like a friend.
