“A few days ago I stop by this location to ask some question about my verizon wireless perks and get some product knowledge. I have the pleasure to work with Chris. He was the ideal man to work with said visit. He was fun to work with. He also took the time in informing me of some new accessories that I ended up purchasing solely based on Chris knowledge and experience with said accessories. All in all the process of setting up my perks, purchasing some new accessories and answer a few question that I had took only about 25 minutes.This location is well staff to handle the masses unfriendly it is hard to get in the plaza the store is hopefully end up find a newer location that is easy to get in and out of. Thank you reading my review and hopefully it helps you at all. Positive not I would suggest to the owner/CEO to take some time and speak with Chris and in order in getting a different perspective, and for the love God invest in him and other people like Chris develop and groom the for leadership roles. Post-covid we need to get back to excellent customer service to crave market shares.”

“Let me start with when I first walked in there was 6 people online before me!! With that being said this was the most positive uplifting in store phone experience I’ve EVER had!!! They handled each customer with the most respect and swiftly!The energy in the store was very strong and lovely!!! Every associate was amazing but Rachel was the one who sold me on T Mobile. Product knowledge, insight, communication, and the ability to GET IT DONE!! 10/10 I love this place. They got me out of AT&T worthless plan and I love it here! “Pretty good experience. The customer service is pretty good. The only person I noticed needs to be removed from customer service is a person who was in the electronics. He was on the phone and got angry because someone asked him if Target sold Iphones more than once. All around good experience so far.”

“Store# 1586 in Austell, GA. is the most cleanest and organized store that I have seen in Georgia. The Walmart in Douglasville, Hiram, and Lithia Springs aisles and shelves are not organized, clothes items along with other items are on the floor in several areas. When you enter the store you witness carts with boxes filled to the fullest in various areas throughout the store, there are rarely a cashier to check you out and the lines are very long and lengthy with customers. In fascination and curiosity, I walked through the Austell store twice looking for a small box to put items in and could not find one but during second walk-through there was a vendor stocking the candy aisle on the grocery side and I was able to grab two boxes off of his cart. I was so amazed and compelled to share the wonderful experience with the Store Manager, Tyrell Crumpler, who was humble and kind to include a lovely smile during our short chat.”
