“I have been living in the Arbors for several years. I must say that I love the office staff here. They are always helpful and they try to handle any concern that I bring to them. The maintenance team is awesome as well! Shout out to Jorge. He is so awesome and helpful with everything I need in my unit. Athziry, Tim, and Wallace rock! I would recommend this complex to anyone looking for a nice peaceful environment. Thanks guys for all that you do.”

“We found Echo Ridge on our hunt for a 2bedroom in the area, we looked for weeks and this place stood out as a place we could call home. We owe that to Zaren, out of all the leasing agents we dealt with at different apt homes, he was the best.
He is knowledgeable, responsive, friendly and most of all helpful. He went out of his way to make our transition into our new home flawless. There is nothing I would change, the apartment is as expected, very nice and clean. We love the decor and being near a trail really helps when walking my dogs. The complex is not overly large, which I prefer, but they still have all the amenities you would expect or desire. If you are considering Suwanee as your new home, Echo Ridge should be at the top of your list!
We have been in the apartment 6 days so I will do another review within the year to let you know how things are progressing.
I just want to end this with my deepest gratitude to Zaren and the entire leasing office staff for being so absolutely helpful throughout this entire process!

“Apartments were nice. Still waiting if approved or denied. Was told process takes 72 hours. It's been almost 2 weeks and no one has been able to prove an update.”

“I’ve been looking for months for a new home. The process has been draining, but finally I found it at Reserve at Twin Oaks. I was early but Bianca took the time to give me the tour immediately. She was very professional, friendly and informative. The second time my daughter came with me to view and Cynthia scheduled me right away and took the time to show me again for the second time. She was professional and knowledgeable as well. She let me take my time and didn’t rush me. I also needed to transfer my application to another apartment and Bianca took care of that as well. She remembered our first conversation that I wanted to be on top floor, so great listener as well. I had the pleasure of Speaking to regional manager and pleasant conversation. Thanks to the entire team for making this move a smooth and stress free process. Best experience!”
“I've only been here a short while, but I've been impressed by the office staff. they've been professional, and helpful. Janelle has been lovely in every interaction. I must mention Ms Alma Valdez.
From our first interaction, she has been super. I don't know if i could have gotten through the application process without her. She was very responsive , and patient. The maintenance staff is prompt, capable, respectful, and polite.
Walter was wonderful. I must also add that it has been a refreshing departure from my previous experience at aventura decatur.
They were so incredibly rude and inept.
My daughter says they did me a favor, if not for that, i would've stayed and not found this amazing place.”

Since the new owners took over, this place has gotten dramatically better. They've improved the building and amenities, and they really care about making the apartments a great place to live. The leasing office staff is fantastic, too. They're friendly, professional, and always happy to help. You can tell they genuinely care about the residents - big thumbs up!
This is definitely a place to check out if you're looking for an apartment in Doraville, Chamblee, or Tucker.”

Tara, the *PHENOMENAL* Community Manager, is really passionate about her community and residents, and you can see how her commitment and dedication inspires the community and sets the example for the team! Tara takes pride in her work, knows her residents by name (including the fur babies ?), and is so fashionable, prompt, and professional. Noelia, the Assistant Manager, is such a wonderful complement and direct support to Tara’s management as she is so communicative and thorough. I love that she, too, is dedicated and has passion in her line of work. I felt sooooooo at peace when interacting with The Maddox team. Everyone was informative, responsive, and accommodating. The Leasing Specialists were very pleasant to engage with as well. The Maintenance Gentlemen were always hard at work taking great care of the residents and property. ? “This community is one of the most amazing communities in the Chamblee Tucker area… my first visit along with many more was nothing short of an amazing experience from the customer service, to the hospitable snacks, the tour, the cleanliness etc… I personally worked with Glendy bc of her assertiveness and diligence she showed throughout the entire experience. She gave me plenty of options and let all of my needs. I am so happy and well pleased with my home… thank you Nora3200 and the entire team for making this process smooth and easy for me.”
“It was my first time renting an apartment so it was a little difficult for me to know where to start looking, and in the places I called to ask for a reference the people who gave me information were very rude and impatient until I called KRC Aldewood in That time I was lucky that Miss NINA attended to me, she was very kind and patient in explaining everything related to the procedures, requirements and more. She was and still is very kind. Today I have lived in this apartment for almost 3 years and she is still very kind when it comes to any problem in the apartment and I think that how you treat the person, that person will treat you.Thank you!!!”
“I'm a resident of three years. We have new management as of mid July. They have stepped up their game as far as property maintenance. It has always been good but could be better. The better we've gotten is dusting of fans in breeze ways, clean up of cobb webs in tight corners, the GRILL was repaired!,... I can add more but I don't want to yet. I'm looking forward to exploring community with the new management. I should add Daren has been a great member of the staff over the years. He is prompt, keeps on contact if an issue takes longer than expected, Oscar & Ayesha are new and have been great. Friendly, informative, and hopeful to keep the Arcadia a great community!”

“First of all y'all crazy asl it ain't Atlanta but these apartments are great for what they have you paying I only pay 1033 not only that yes there garbage all over the place near the cans but I seen bugs when I first moved in I went to go get raid and set traps and I don't see them AT ALL there taking all my life to give me my mailbox key but other then that I literally cannot complain there affordable and livableAs long as your taking your trash out everyday and your cleaning up like your suppose to you will never see any bugsBut if you have clutter and trash everywhere food everywhere what do y'all expect”
