We drove 45 minutes to see an apartment. The leasing office was closed, even though we had an appointment scheduled.Bad customer service.

Booked a tour. Nobody was there. And nobody followed up. From the reviews, it looks like I dodged a bullet.

It had been a wonderful place to live until new management had taken over. Hopefully that has changed, but if not, would avoid.
