“Do not be discouraged by the negative past reviews. Since new management took over around 6 months ago, this apartment community has completely revamped everything. Our apartment was renovated weeks before moving in and the design of our 1 bedroom unit is fantastic.A huge shout out to Kloe and the rest of the management team for being nothing but warm, welcoming, and easy to get in touch with. Highly recommend Cortland (on Ponce, specifically) to anyone that is interested in living in arguably the best spot to be in downtown Decatur!”

“Been here for a year and we renewed for one more. So far everything has been great. Location is great, leasing staff is great, but above all the maintenance crew is exceptional. Dwyane from the maintenance crew has been exceptional. These guys are the main reason we renewed followed up by the rest stuff i talked above. We always know if something doesnt work, they will fix it. Even if its 2AM, Dwyane will come and fix it if its an emergency.Also, they have a private gated parking full of cameras.If you have a family it is a great location and apartment complex to live on. They dont allow parties unless you get permission, but we dont have many anyway. If you dont follow the rules, you get fined. Simple as that.A lot of resident events happening as well.overall very nice experience, friendly, and exceptional maintenance crew.”

Tara, the *PHENOMENAL* Community Manager, is really passionate about her community and residents, and you can see how her commitment and dedication inspires the community and sets the example for the team! Tara takes pride in her work, knows her residents by name (including the fur babies ?), and is so fashionable, prompt, and professional. Noelia, the Assistant Manager, is such a wonderful complement and direct support to Tara’s management as she is so communicative and thorough. I love that she, too, is dedicated and has passion in her line of work. I felt sooooooo at peace when interacting with The Maddox team. Everyone was informative, responsive, and accommodating. The Leasing Specialists were very pleasant to engage with as well. The Maintenance Gentlemen were always hard at work taking great care of the residents and property. ? “I moved here for the shorter commute for my office in Sandy springs. But I got so much more out of it:1. Location and community: close proximity to many things but also in a quiet neighborhood. Great for people like to who loves to walk.People here I’ve encountered are very nice and friendly. I’ve met friends that helped me since I’m from NY2. Maintenance and management is very responsive and quick and they don’t charge you for fixing stuff.
