“I had a significant other rent a U-Haul from this place. Everything was well and good until they lost their ID badge with credit cards and everything else. It was left in the vehicle by mistake in a badge holder. A lot of moving was going on that day and it was missed some kind of way. At the end of the day, the company found what was missing and brought it into the office. When a call was made asking about the whereabouts of ID and everything else, everything was all good. I just had to go pick it up. With that being said, this is an honest company. Everything was there when I went to pick it up.”
