Had a truck pick up at 9:00 AM and they had me wait until 11:00. Kept saying should be 10 minutes

I rented a truck las weekend at this location, I nun it for 13 miles, I fill the tank at the end but they still charge me for 5 gallons of gasoline ($8 per gallon) when the tank was already full. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL
