“The packers and movers with Berger were fantastic. Particularly my driver, Erik. I would give 5 stars, but there was a particularly substantial snafu on the audit and billing side. The auditor over estimated my move by 2X the weight and conveyed that it would be adjusted according to actuals. After everything was calculated they then told my I had signed a SET price guarantee and that was just the price. Which would have been $3500 more than my actuals.Obviously, no. So, when I explained and frankly had to push a bit, they then gave a refund to my proper pricing. This did require documented proof of the starting and ending truck weigh in (which luckily Erik had for me).So, summary: Bergers movers, packers and driver were excellent. Just watch the auditor and don't let them rush you through the type of pricing you are signing!”

“There seems to never be anyone there but Ann, the owner, always answers her cell phone and is willing to meet and set you up with a space pretty much any time there's daylight! You also can't beat their rates! We only pay $85 a month for a 10x20 unit and she said she only charges $55 for a 10x10! If I remember correctly, we paid for 2 months up front and got the 3rd for free! Great owner, great location, great deal!”

I rented a 5x8 van trailer and when we arrived, not only did I realize that I had the wrong hitch even though the website did not indicate this, the 5x8 was too small! Melvin stepped right in and saved the day. While he did not have a 6x12 van trailer, he found another uhual location with what we needed. He called them and set everything up! Then....the next morning Melvin called to make sure my trip was going well and that I had everything I needed! I highly recommend this location!”
