“Incredible selection and superb service! We went shopping for a recliner chair after having enjoyed a particular high-end model at a relative’s house. Brownlee’s had what we were looking for, yes, but also had room after room filled with other options, many of them locally made and with extra features we never dreamed of (such as a built-in USB charging port). We started at one end of the store and “auditioned” dozens of chairs, finally selecting one at the opposite end because it had an electronically adjustable lumbar support. The Sales staff was friendly, accommodating, and endlessly patient. They answered dozens of questions and were extremely helpful in our decision-making process. It all came to a very happy ending when the delivery truck arrived this morning, and two experienced techs assembled the chair and set it up for us. Fifteen minutes later I was stone cold asleep in it, nodding off with sweet dreams for almost two hours. I am extremely happy with the entire process!”

“My wife and I just moved here from another state. Since moving here, we have visited three furniture stores we found on Google maps, in search of a couch and a rug. I can honestly say that if we EVER need furniture or recommend a furniture place, this will be it. Here is why...When we entered the store we were approached by a friendly face with a genuine smile (Mo). Mo did not try to make a sell, instead, he really seemed to care about our needs. He spent time telling us about the couches (the good and the bad), and he helped us find a couch and a rug that matched our needs and finances. Speaking of finances, their furniture is priced at a very reasonable price, especially for good quality furniture. I recommend this place.I have zero relation to this store or anybody working at said place. This is my honest experience. Go check them out and see for yourself!”

Also they have a massive sale going on right now which can help you get some good deal on your desired furniture. Owners are very patient, friendly and respectful. They were kind enough to answer all the questions and check the stock inventory and provide right details. They also helped with additional packing for taking the small furniture in flight. Good place for your home decore.”

“My husband bought me a Samsung washer and dryer from here. When they delivered the washing machine it wasn’t washing correctly and it gave an error message. We contacted the store and they had it picked up and fixed. It took about a week or two for repairs, but they gave us a great loaner (the same day they picked up my machine) until it was repaired. Since they’ve repaired it and brought it back to us, it has been working great ever since. I wanted to wait almost a year before I gave a review, to make sure we wouldn’t have anymore problems…and fortunately it has been working properly ever since. I would definitely purchase from this store again as we were able to purchase two very high quality machines for a good price. The staff was friendly, the purchase process was fast and they resolved our machine issues with no hesitation. I would definitely recommend.”

“Customer service was good, Michelle was awesome, I called her the very next day after purchasing a massage chair that was defective and she said come back so we can check it out and realized it was defective, she gave me nothing but excellent customer service and replaced my chair. I gave 4 stars because her employers did not shrink wrap my chair knowing it was raining and I had an over an hour for home. They handed me plastic and the shrink wrap to do myself. Plastic flew off and chair got all wet up but it was leather and im home enjoying my chair.”
