They were kind enough to answer all the questions and check the stock inventory and provide right details. They also helped with additional packing for taking the small furniture in flight. Good place for your home decore.”

“Customer service was good, Michelle was awesome, I called her the very next day after purchasing a massage chair that was defective and she said come back so we can check it out and realized it was defective, she gave me nothing but excellent customer service and replaced my chair. I gave 4 stars because her employers did not shrink wrap my chair knowing it was raining and I had an over an hour for home. They handed me plastic and the shrink wrap to do myself. Plastic flew off and chair got all wet up but it was leather and im home enjoying my chair.”

“My husband bought me a Samsung washer and dryer from here. When they delivered the washing machine it wasn’t washing correctly and it gave an error message. We contacted the store and they had it picked up and fixed. It took about a week or two for repairs, but they gave us a great loaner (the same day they picked up my machine) until it was repaired. Since they’ve repaired it and brought it back to us, it has been working great ever since. I wanted to wait almost a year before I gave a review, to make sure we wouldn’t have anymore problems…and fortunately it has been working properly ever since. I would definitely purchase from this store again as we were able to purchase two very high quality machines for a good price. The staff was friendly, the purchase process was fast and they resolved our machine issues with no hesitation. I would definitely recommend.”
