“Stopped in to grab ground beef for burgers tonight. Walked by meat/seafood case and it was STOCKED AND BEAUTIFUL. Bought Ahi Tuna steaks, bay scallops, and cheddar/bacon patties. THE LOOK SOLD ME walking by it. The guy behind the counter was amazingly helpful and friendly. This is NOT the closest Kroger to my house, but I SHOP HERE. The Kroger in Lawrenceville on Grayson Hwy is a lost cause dumpster fire. 10/17/21 about 11AM”

“We were greeted with a friendly welcome from the cashier as soon as we walked in. I then asked her where I may find compression socks for my son's ankle. Not only did she tell me which aisle, she immediately escorted us to them and even double checked to make sure we had the right size. I could not believe how pleasant and helpful she was. She is a true gem and Walgreens is sure lucky to have her for an employee.”

“I had a pick up a carry out order from Instacart, , somehow while I was picking up my order, there was a glitch in the system. I talked to the managers about the issue. The managers attitude overall was understanding and emphatic . They were very proactive and professional. The problem ended up getting solved. Hands down best customer service!!!!!!!!”

“I came in to this store the other day. I was giving it a second chance. My first visit was horrible because of a manager that was just a waste of management. He was not sympathetic with what I was saying. He just stared at me like I was irritating him. (Not sure of his name but to my knowledge he is a high up manager, a african American gentleman). I am a older african American woman. The minute we were done talking, a caucasian woman asked him a question and he smiled and started walking with her. That was a few weeks ago. So on my second visit i encountered a young man and lady up front. They welcomed me in. The young man asked me if i needed help, and helped me. The young lady that rung me out was so pleasant. I complimented her nails and she was really tall, with glasses. Sorry I didnt get names. Those two young people restored my faith in this store. Hopefully management can take some lessons.”
