“This is the absolute best pharmacy! I'm a very complicated patient with a long history that makes it difficult for me to absorb medication due to losing 2/3 of my digestive system. This pharmacy has worked with me, found alternatives so that I can absorb my medication, and gone above and beyond when it comes to customer service. I live an hour away, so it's difficult for me to drive to the store, but they've never hesitated to work in shipping my medicine to me so that I can have it. The staff is personable and friendly and just wants the best for their patients. I'm so thankful for Gwinnett Drugs!”

I came in after work a few weeks ago to find BRAND NEW CARTS, new produce tables & the store seems to have been a scrub-down.Registers look new too... needed an upgrade!!I shopped this Kroger last week & again this week. I'm a fan now. Friendly folks, stocked shelves, sales are back (corporate decisions), better prices (still high!!), and a quiet store where even at 1 pm I found myself in many isles alone! The music isn't too loud either.I snapped a few pics to show a couple of improvements. Will take more on my next visit.”

“OK, this Publix is a good Publix! Solid, clean, friendly, but nothing super special about it. Deli needs to be expanded & what I mean is their Publix Sub lines stay rediculous! Always a line & tonight they has 3 employees behind a SMALL counter trying to keep up. Not everyone is trained & struggle to find needed ingredients to made their posted subs. Organization is NEEDED!!! In & out in about 30 mins & I ordered 3 subs. She packed them good & for that we are greatful!!! They are no longer cheap, so be aware!! The chicken tenders sub is over $10 & the Publix turkey is over $8.00. They are fresh, no doubt!!!! Tonight was a win, but sometimes not so much. Hit or miss & when you have staff who clearly don't belong in the sub station it is pretty bad. They need to seriously revamp their deli area... cramped & not at all condusive for the amount of traffic they get there. 1 man needed meat/cheese & after standing with no "Hi, we will be with you in a moment" for 5 minutes he simply walked off- that isn't good! So.. Pub Sub for the win tonight so 4 stars!”

“It's a new Walgreens located in the 631 building right near the Emergency room entrance of the hospital. There's no sign out front. It's on the first floor entrance directly on the left. Can get your prescription(s) filled without leaving the hospital complex. Plus, since they are 'attached' to the hospital, they carry medications other Walgreens (and other pharmacies, even grocery store ones) do not carry or do not have in stock. It's my new go-to pharmacy for those hard to find/fill prescription(s).”

“Be aware of your costs when you check out. I went back for a refund of $1.75 for 2 items not ringing up properly. As this does not sound like a lot, if they continue over charging from time-to-time that money adds up!!! I don't think this is on purpose, just be aware. Also, as everywhere now, nobody on staff speaks. I got a 1/2 smile from 1 woman, but I initiated. She still didn't speak. The store Mgr here is great!! He's a very nice, funny & helpful man!!! I see him on weekends whenI shop for the week. I don't know his name. OK store, pretty stocked & they can't help how $$ items have gotten. But, if they would smile & provide shoppers with a good experience those costs probably wouldn't sting so much. Stephanie & Lisa didn't even greet me with a smile when I needed my reciept looked at. Stephanie was put out that I broke away to ask her to assist a nice man in line & rolled her eyes at me. Lisa was working hard to get me taken care of & thanked me for my patience as I left- she redeemed herself!! Get your coupons & digital cpupons together, put on a smile & go shopping.
