“I have had decent experiences with this Publix Pharmacy; I left the Snellville Publix Pharmacy because of the negative attitudes of the staff. I absolutely LOVE MARCUS! He is sooo friendly and helpful; he's willing to go above and beyond to answer questions and is incredibly patient. Just in general a great human! Wesley is also pretty helpful whenever I call in about medication refill questions or issues with prescription fills! I can't say I am a big fan of the middle aged lady that works there; she isn't very personable and seems unhappy to be there every time I come in. She seems to have a very passive aggressive personality; just doesn't work well in a customer service position in my opinion. There is another younger, Asian lady, that should probably find a profession that doesn't involve working with people too. When it comes to getting my medications, I've had no issues. When there were delays on medication arrivals, they called me to tell me when they were expected OR told me what replacement meds they had in stock that my provider could change the prescription too. I never have to wait long for refills or med pick ups. The Publix Pharmacy APP is super user friendly too. Will stick with this pharmacy!”

I'm President of a multimillion dollar company and if I had more people working for me that are like Rochelle, I would be ecstatic. She's is a great asset to Publix.”

“This is MY Kroger location, as it is the closest Kroger to my home. There are many in the surrounding area, but I frequent this location often. This Kroger is located in Midway Plaza on Athens Highway. In addition, this location indeed has a Kroger Fuel Station to purchase discounted gas with your Kroger Card. The Service: I've been in the Loganville area going on four years now and I have never had an issue with this Kroger. The workers here are nice and helpful. The Atmosphere: They do their best to keep everything clean and stocked as much as possible. In 2020, when groceries and other items were scarce, I asked an associate which day is the best for restocking and I was told Monday's. That seems to hold true, because every Monday I visit, I notice workers restocking empty shelves with fresh merchandise. Overall, I'm not sure what everyone's issue is with this store, but they've treated me right over the past few years. I look forward to continuing my business with them.”

“I have to give a shout out to tonights amazing pharmacy staff at this location! (a very special thank you to Dalelene) We were caught off guard tonight by a toddler with a 103.5 fever and after spending an hour and 15 mins at urgent care, we left with a prescription for ear and upper respiratory infections. All the pharmacies in the area had closed at 8 or 9PM. Walgreens pharmacy in Loganville is open until 10PM. We left the urgent care at 945PM and I called to ask if we would be able to get a prescription filled for our sons infection and the voice on the other line said yes, just come to the drive thru! I was ecstatic! We pulled up to the drive thru and Dalelene asked for our insurance and if she had just spoke to us on the phone, we told her yes that was us. She took the prescription, we made our copay and we had our medicine by 10PM! I am beyond impressed with and so thankful for the customer service and care these individuals took to help us at a desperate time! Our son is asleep soundly thanks to you and your care”

“Edit: I was greeted and helped at the register by Robert, he seems so genuinely nice and just his energy made me have a good experience. It didn't feel fake or customer service-y (I am very guilty of doing that at work) so just the short interaction I had with him was very great.OG: The pharmacy staff are very nice and helpful. Had my passport photo taken here a few months back and they were also really nice even though she was very busy and customers were being really rude to her she smiled and kept on.I have not had a bad experience here, and every employee I've interacted with has been really pleasant and nice.”

“I love CVS over Walgreens, so this review might be bias. However, I will be totally honest. The store is pretty clean and organized, they do offer a sanitize station for carts and possibly for your hands too. (i carry my own hand sanitizer so i'm not sure) The associates are super helpful and kind when you're searching for something, applying coupons, and getting a better understanding of the deals and promotions (extra bucks perks). I've also used the photo station before for my Passport photo it was simple, fast, and clear! Never been to the pharmacy. The restroom was alright, wouldn't say it's the best but then again it's CVS you're usually in and out within 5/10 minutes. The only downsides to this location is that they have less of a selection and a handful of items do not have prices on them. Although they have a price checker, nobody wants to walk back and forth for each item when it could just be priced. Overall it's a great store!”
