“I just received my Pengrove 54” round dining table this morning and it is everything I had hoped it would be. Very sturdy construction and is beautiful. The mango wood is impressive and looks like a far more expensive table. I was also very pleased with the meticulous packing and no damage at all. I would totally recommend this beautiful well made table!!!!!! Also such a pleasure working with Nook & Cottage.”
“Marion Simons was extremely helpful, and delightful to work with. My husband and I were looking to buy matching recliners at Ethan Allen to go in our living area. We found an attractive chair and then Marion led us to their numerous leather and fabric choices in large 2’x 2’ sizes. She offered to bring these samples over to the house to see what might work best in our space. We ended up with a beautiful leather that goes well with the rug, walls, and adjoining kitchen. We were very happy when the chairs arrived. They were perfect!!”

“I cannot say enough about Kirklands in Atlanta. I have had incredible customer service from managers in Dawsonville, Gainesville and Hiram over the last year. I had some issues with furniture new out of box having a cracked piece or missing hardware which is normal for that industry. How they handled it was beyond professional and helpful. I would tell ANYONE to visit these stores!!!”

“What a WOW! experience we reciently had at this store. Long story short, it is alway a pleasue to shop here, but the assistant manager, "David", who we had just met blew us away with his handling of our purchase of a new outdoor deck furniture set. I can only wish that the CEO of the company had been watching. From the moment we met, his overall attitude, style and professionalism were outstanding. On the drive home my wife and I tried to recall a better shopping experience and could not. It reminded us of the Lexus tag line "Experience Amazing". Although our new deck furniture cost tens of thousands less than a new Lexus lol, the experience was met with the same respect for the needs of the customer and the feeling of quality. HomeGoods is one of our most favorite and valued stores and we only wish to make it even better by calling out this latest experience. I retired years ago from 36 years of wonderful service with the worlds largest manufacturer of consumer products and if I know anything, it is this- When outstanding people doing outstanding work are rewarded, outstanding things happen for us all. Keep up the great work HomeGoods and take a long, hard look at "David" Mr. CEO, he is made of the stuff of retail legend and my sincere thanks again David, I hope I have not embarrassed you sir, but I just had to give you the recognition you so richly deserve.”
“I had never even tried a sleep number bed but Mandy was so knowledgable and explained everything so well. I thought I know which bed I wanted but I ended up purchasing a different bed because she took the time to explain everything about them and let me try them out. I'm a touch person so I have to feel the mattress and actual see how it feels when I lay down on it. The purchase/finance was so easy. Mandy also helped me purchase a new remote for my sisters bed as a gift. My sister has had her bed for 14 years and needed an new remote. Mandy called main office to make sure we were ordering the correct remote and set up for it to be deleivered directly to my sisters house. Everything was easy and smooth. Dana Cherry”

“We drove three plus hours from South Carolina to pick up a gorgeous Drexel Heritage table we’d ordered online a month earlier. The table was everything we anticipated, but the manager, Belle, was undoubtedly the highlight of our trip. Belle was accommodating (before and during the purchase process), but when we met in person she was welcoming, engaging, and genuinely kind, and she went way above her duties to help us get our table loaded securely and safely. Just amazing! We bought a piece we’d been looking for - for several years, and we’re extremely happy with our purchase, but Belle made our shopping experience ridiculously pleasant.”

Very disappointed- went to shop for crafts for the grandchildren and saw sign by puzzle for 40% of all puzzles, so I picked up 2. When I got home noticed I did not receive the discount so used the “ contact us” on website.
Confusion about store signage- it stated all puzzles 40% off
Received an email stating that ……

“I was on travel and hadn't packed enough warm clothes - apparently this was the coldest temperatures in Atlanta since 1985. Thanks to a winter cyclone bomb or some such silliness. Anyhow, I found several sweatshirts at Ross and they were really nice and fair priced. Staff was helpful, was in and out in good time.”
