“What a WOW! experience we reciently had at this store. Long story short, it is alway a pleasue to shop here, but the assistant manager, "David", who we had just met blew us away with his handling of our purchase of a new outdoor deck furniture set. I can only wish that the CEO of the company had been watching. From the moment we met, his overall attitude, style and professionalism were outstanding. On the drive home my wife and I tried to recall a better shopping experience and could not. It reminded us of the Lexus tag line "Experience Amazing". Although our new deck furniture cost tens of thousands less than a new Lexus lol, the experience was met with the same respect for the needs of the customer and the feeling of quality. HomeGoods is one of our most favorite and valued stores and we only wish to make it even better by calling out this latest experience. I retired years ago from 36 years of wonderful service with the worlds largest manufacturer of consumer products and if I know anything, it is this- When outstanding people doing outstanding work are rewarded, outstanding things happen for us all. Keep up the great work HomeGoods and take a long, hard look at "David" Mr. CEO, he is made of the stuff of retail legend and my sincere thanks again David, I hope I have not embarrassed you sir, but I just had to give you the recognition you so richly deserve.”

“Wonderful employees at the Gainesville GA location, always willing to help and answer questions. Great selection of fabric and ribbon, quality and choices! I buy all my quilting fabric from here. The ladies in the fabric department are friendly! My daughter and I enjoy crafting. They always have the supplies we need in stock. Unfinished wood for circuit projects, jewelry supplies, T-shirts and vinyl. Puzzles, baskets and home decor. And if you are looking for Christmas decor they always have the best selection. But start shopping early in November because they do sell out fast.”

“I just received my Pengrove 54” round dining table this morning and it is everything I had hoped it would be. Very sturdy construction and is beautiful. The mango wood is impressive and looks like a far more expensive table. I was also very pleased with the meticulous packing and no damage at all. I would totally recommend this beautiful well made table!!!!!! Also such a pleasure working with Nook & Cottage.”

“I had never even tried a sleep number bed but Mandy was so knowledgable and explained everything so well. I thought I know which bed I wanted but I ended up purchasing a different bed because she took the time to explain everything about them and let me try them out. I'm a touch person so I have to feel the mattress and actual see how it feels when I lay down on it. The purchase/finance was so easy. Mandy also helped me purchase a new remote for my sisters bed as a gift. My sister has had her bed for 14 years and needed an new remote. Mandy called main office to make sure we were ordering the correct remote and set up for it to be deleivered directly to my sisters house. Everything was easy and smooth. Dana Cherry”

“I cannot say enough about Kirklands in Atlanta. I have had incredible customer service from managers in Dawsonville, Gainesville and Hiram over the last year. I had some issues with furniture new out of box having a cracked piece or missing hardware which is normal for that industry. How they handled it was beyond professional and helpful. I would tell ANYONE to visit these stores!!!”

“Incredible prices. He sold me an OG Game Boy for parts that should be fixable with 5 games for $42.50. All games are functional. He also has a great selection of Garfield collectibles for, like, a third of the actual market price. It's a steal, and you have to go there if you're around.”

“What a gem! This is an amazing gift shop with an incredible cause that gives back! The lady working there (maybe the owner?) is very passionate about it all and very sweet. I went in to finish shopping for a few little teachers gifts (yes, I'm behind lol), and a friend needed a couple gifts for friends as well. So she shopped w me, by phone LOL. I took a ton of pics to send her so she could shop and decide what she wanted -- hence all the pics I'm about to post haha. Very unique, beautiful things! Handmade all natural soaps, chapsticks, sprays, earrings, throw blankets, scarves, incredible bags and baskets of all kinds, pillows, wallets, kitchen ware, wall hangings, natural candles, trinkets, etc. Everything is unique and made with love, from other countries. Very vibrant, detailed gifts! We will be back! I know where to shop now for all gifts-- and know I'm also giving back with each purchase.”

“Seeing a lot of low reviews, I wanted to share another perspective. Bought a large item and got the wrong item shipped to me (a much cheaper and smaller item). To be fair, the item was direct shipped from the manufacturer, so I don't know where the fault lay. Once I reached out, however, Iron Accents rectified the situation and the correct item was shipped out promptly. The item was as pictured--a beautiful piece--and the price was the best found on the internet. So, the experience was ultimately satisfactory with a bit of a bump in the road. Note: Recommended that you contact them via email rather than phone for the most effective communication.”

“I have to give this place 4 stars. This was my first time to visit. They have a little of everything. Kids, Men's, Women's clothing, shoes, HomeGoods, personal items & even some grocery stock. I was impressed. The wife was in there for at least an hour. They had no public restrooms that I observed or s dressing room to try items on. The employees were as gracious as could be. This day was discount heaven. We made out fantastically. It was a good experience and I know the wife will return again”
