Gerry assisted my mother and I with one of your dinning table set. We received the dinning table on February 10, 2024 on time. Gerry Padilla not only provided great customer service and politeness but his time and considered our opinions/questionnaires. It's difficult to know exactly what you want the dinning room to look like, but it's extremely helpful when your sales representative, like Gerry Padilla provided the balance of personality and business. He provided my mother and I a sense of ease in our decision making. Customers tend to take time to write a bad review but not so much a good review. In this case, it's an excellent review. “It’s a whole museum in here. I love coming here with no expectations and leaving super grateful to see the goodies I find. I really enjoy the cute drinks and small unique things that are here. The staff are helpful when it comes to knowing what can be found. The best part of this store…..I will reveal the secret is…..the hello kitty merchandise ?? Definitely a great place to stop by before heading to Costco or Five Below (which are right next to it)!! ”

“Male staff is just so damn rude! I'm 9 months pregnant and I came to buy backsplash for my new kitchen. I asked for help multiple times, no one helped me of course, until I got upset and asked a guy to show me the backsplash aisle, of course he was just uninterested in helping me, didn't provide any help at all, zero energy. Then he told me he was going on a lunch break and thank God he did. This nice and sweet lady TAMMI took over him and she was super helpful, she carefully helped me select the right backsplash/grout for my kitchen, she was sweet, kind and patience and she even helped me put it all in my car. Thank you so much Tammi, I hope you become the manager of this location and teach your other colleagues great costumer service!”
