“i’m like every other review - drove up because of the significantly better reviews. i was a walk-in without an appointment. check-in is fast and easy on a digital tablet near the back of the store. despite no appointment, kym saw me in about 5 minutes and had me in and out in no more than 2. she took good care of me and was very professional. recommend for routine blood work!!!!!”
“People were great! Well organized and online check in. The lines were short. In and out in less than 45 minutes. Rapid test and PCR in one shot. Way shorter wait times than the the other places i went to and waited almost 3 hours. Great, especially when you have little ones with you!”

“I would have said Extremely Satisfied but when I arrived for my 10:40 appointment, there was standing room only! Then a surly son entered and was furious that his 92 year old father had not been seen. This prompted curt words between patients. The father had not signed in properly. When I was seen around 11 A.M., I was told there had been several difficulties earlier in the morning. I am retired so it was not problem for me. Patients did wait in the hallway after the surly son was so combative and rude.”

“I love love love Medlock Pediatrics. I have 5 kids and I have been coming here for about 3 years now. The staff from the front office to the nurses are always amazing, helpful and friendly. Dr. Benson is absolutely amazing. She remembers details about my family when we talk during our appointmens. She is always on top of it. I came for an appointment when one of my twins were sick, she called the ambulance and we made it there just in time since my son was diagnosed with pneumonia. With her quick wit, care and attention to details, she has always had my sons best interests at heart. I truly do love and I'm grateful to be apart of the Medlock Pediatric family. “Exceptional service and great help was provided by Khalid when we were waiting for our PCR test results. Initially, we did not pay the fees for the expedited services and were within the 48 hour timeframe of travel. Some unfortunate circumstance occurred and our test results were not received a few hours before our travel time. Luckily we got in touch with Khalid and after his multiple efforts of trying to assist he was able to assure us that HE would personally see to get this resolved. Very troubled and worried, we called him several times for an update from 7pm to midnight, he picked up each time informing us an giving us an update that he was trying everything possible on his end to make sure that we would get our results ASAP. Despite all the trouble, Khalid was determined to help us! We received our results in time and are able to travel as expected to visit a sick family member. “I get HORRIBLE doctor anxiety everywhere but here. I switched insurances and didn't think they accepted so searched around and all of the staff I talked to was rude and not welcoming. Here however I've been going since I moved to Atlanta in 2019 and LOVE them. The front desk is always super nice and understanding and makes you feel welcomed. I've met with three different doctors and they all made me feel more than comfortable. The location is prime and the facilities are clean enough to eat off of. The parking isn't confusing and is FREE. I love them here and look forward to keeping them as my primary care physicians as long as I live in Atlanta.”

My experience was phenomenal and couldn’t have been better. They had wonderful attitudes and I know what you’re thinking, they supposed to have a great attitude and that’s correct but when you walk into an establishment 10 mins before closing, you usually don’t get the best attitudes but they let me in with open arms. They smelled like roses and the crazy thing about it is that, my appointment was last month so take a moment to think about that. They’re still on my mind. That’s the type of impression they left on me. They made me feel very comfortable. I will highly recommend every to pick this location, only if they’re there.
