“I called at about 3pm to make an appointment to have blood drawn for some labs that I need to send of out of state. I was able to go in 30 minutes later. Kim was excellent. She found my vein the first time (some professionals have an issue doing this). I felt absolutely nothing when she put the needle in. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. I would definitely go back to this location if I need any sort of labs in the future. Thanks Kim! You are awesome!”

“I’ve been to this practice a handful of times, and each time it’s been super super clean. And very thorough and fast. The online appointment scheduling is great too. I went yesterday for a stomach bug, and the medical team wanted me to go to the hospital for some additional screening. The Westside Med medical staff called me several hours after my appt to make sure I made it to the hospital & was recovering ok. That touch of customer service will have me returning for sure.”

“All the Labcorp locations have such horrifying reviews so this is for the people who have felt demoralized by the prospect of waiting 5 hours for a blood draw. You need a doctor's order, but Labcorp is generally a good option for fast blood work.Other than only having one chair in the "waiting area," i.e. aisle 28 of Walgreens, I have no complaints! I arrived at around 3:25 on a Monday afternoon, went in the lab at 3:45, and walked out at 3:50.Kim was efficient and so so kind! Honestly one of the most painless blood draws I've ever had.”

I'm made it back to my car before the 30 minute threshold for free parking in the deck.Justine is the BEST - very thoughtful and kind, and super professional. I'm not the best patient for a phlebotomist, but she helps make the process smooth and easy.It can be hard to find the location inside the hospital. I asked the hospital's guest services desk for directions.”
