I guess only people with negative experiences will leave a review. Let me balance it out a little bit. I had an appointment around 11:30am on a Wednesday. Service was great. The phlebotomist was kind and efficient. He checked in to make sure I wasn’t nervous during the blood draw which was very considerate.This is a busy location within the hospital. It seems like the staff is doing their best with the resources given. In and out in 40 minutes. Walk in. Pretty good IMO.

Terrible reviews so I was pressing to get in early. Barely made it, but the employees were really helpful in and outside of the building. Pleasant and attentive. Id advise Coming as early as possible but it was quick and easy.
