“I went to ArcPoint to get some self tests done for my new job, and they were very patient and helpful with my specific situation. I went there twice: a urine and hair follicle test. Ms. Enia was the cordial lady who helped me at the front desk and conducted my hair follicle test. She was very polite, careful, and attentive. My hair was a mess because I wanted to wait until after the test to get it done, so I became embarassed when she was digging through for samples, but she complimented my hair and there was no judgement. There wasn't any judgment from any of the employees there! The man (whose name I didn't catch) that tested my urine was also amiable.They're definitely compassionate about what they do, and that's an extremely important quality to have at a medical facility because our health is our priority. They're clean and organized, quick and effective, and even give you a s***** at the end of your appointment for being brave! My only wish is that they took insurance.”

“I want to be really clear about this review: when I say that I have always been a hard stick, that is a massive understatement! During my open-heart surgery at Memorial Hospital, the IV team had to come in for every blood draw, because the people drawing blood multiple times a day could never hit my veins. But they still tried, and it was always anxiety inducing, and filled with tears. I've been a hard stick for the last 15 years. There's not been one other labcorp, at any hospital, or any location, that has been able to draw my blood with such ease and professionalism and patience. The women at this LabCorp, our hands down the best.! And I will go nowhere else as long as I am in within an hour or so of this location. Today it was Sam who I had the pleasure of working with. “Labcorp on Gunbarrel Road is in one of the Erlager medical buildings. It is clean and efficiently operated. The blood draw was painless and the staff was very nice. Great experience over all.”
“Fast and efficient! On one of the busiest days of the year, they still manage to provide the results on time (sample collected at 9:00am, results available at 4:28pm). They give you a pager when you arrive, and you can wait in your car until they call you. In and out in 30 min (again, on the busiest day of the year). No need to make an appointment. Insurance accepted. The results indicate RT-PCR, suitable for travel. Super nice and friendly staff. Highly recommended!”

“Check in is streamlined with a kiosk, no having to wait for staff to be available.I recommend having an appointment if your visit is time sensitive. There were 4 people there before me, but I had an appointment and I was In and out in 10 minutes. Had my results within 24 hours. The phlebotomist was very kind, she made sure I fully understood what my insurance was covering and what would be my responsibility. It was an all around great experience”

“I am pregnant and I do not like to wait until an ultrasound to find out the gender. When I was pregnant with my son and we lived in Texas my doctor did blood work at 10 weeks to find out what I was having. Now that I live in Alabama, the doctor told me they don’t do that and you have to wait for the ultrasound. I decided to look up other options to figure this out on my own. I didn’t want to do a mail order do it yourself kit because they get contaminated easily and you can have a false reading so I wanted to find a place that professionally did blood work and I found Any Lab Test Now in Chattanooga. It was a little over an hour long drive with my one year old son but extremely worth it!I had scheduled for their last appointment of the day, I got there 30 minutes early, went in, and was done within 2 mins. Ms. Patti was so sweet and we talked like we have known each other forever. She was sweet to me and my son who was in a bulky stroller (she helped me in and out of the doors of the building).I have small veins that collapse and roll so typically getting my blood drawn is horrible. Ms. Patti got it perfect. I’ve never NOT had a bruised arm or multiple stickings from blood being drawn till her! She told me it would be 3-5 business days till I got my results. I went in on Tuesday and had my results Thursday night before dinner!!!So excited and happy that I chose Any Lab Tests Now. I highly recommend it. The staff is great in many aspects, you can get your results emailed to you in an encrypted email if you are like me and live far away, and their office is in a nice building, it’s very clean, and very easy to get to. Highly recommend!”
